The selection is nice. The lady was very helpful. She told me to put the flowers in the water for a few hours so they will be fresh. I was going in to get some flowers to ask my sister to be the godmother to my first born and they kindly gave them to me on the house. Have always sent my funeral pieces from Flowers by Chazz. Called this morning and received a call from Brentwood Florist, they sent my info to them. I hadn't realized that they became so busy that the personal touch I was so appreciative of was gone. Had I wanted to just send any flowers from any florist I would have called Brentwood Florist myself. This is a huge loss to my family and to be pawned off onto some unknown business is insulting and disrespectful. In the response from the flower shop, they state I only gave my own number. This is not true. You indicated you left her a voicemail when I spoke to your representative the next day. You ended up calling my cell phone the next day because I requested a call back from you when I called Teleflora to get to the bottom of why my flowers hadn't been delivered. As I was on the phone with you, my mother was returning your call. Please don't lie. I paid just under $70 total inclusive of delivery and fees, it doesn't matter what your cut is. You failed on two counts - timely delivery and craftsmanship in your arrangement (if you cared about the quality of the flowers, you wouldn't have delivered that atrocity, definitely not a $44 arrangement either). I have learned an important lesson and will never order an arrangement sight unseen and certainly not from your establishment. I'm very happy you have crystalized your response for posterity on here so that your customers can see how little you value their business. If you stand by your actions, so be it. read more

Just had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. Had already paid for their services days ago but came in as we were told they could not fulfill the original order. Tried working with the owner on the price as we were the ones who were inconvenienced as the event is time sensitive. Owner became irritate at the mere suggestion that we asked for something off. Told us to take our business elsewhere, called my wife and I names. No need for that behavior. Been going to his flower shop for years, supporting a local business. Ordered flowers for same day delivery because it was posted in big letters on their website sayong "order in the next 3 hours for same day delivery" and got a call from one of the guys that works there 2 hours later and told me cant fulfill the order. Ive been going there for years never had a problem but the guy that i was on the phone with was being a real asshole complaining and saying they have been fulfilling orders since 4am. Not my problem that you have a flower business that booms on the holidays. You would think people would be more polite with the sitution going on nowadays. I was just trying to support a local business. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Absolutley do not tolerate ignorant sales personel. read more

I used this florist for my wedding this past Halloween, while the flowers looked great they operated in a very unprofessional manner. We spent almost $800 on our arch and not only did the driver arrive an hour late to the venue we also lost 30 minutes of our reception. When we asked why the driver was late we were told he had gotten a flat tire but neglected to contact anyone and showed up an hour late. When we asked for a small refund for the arch due to the fact that we lost 30 minutes of our reception, which in actuality cost us way more then what we were asking for. The owner simply offered $100 back when we kindly asked him if he can do any better he refused, despite the massive over-site that occurred. It is a shame because we told him we would be happy with $200. We have had many people ask about the flowers, unfortunately now I will have to tell them that they do bad business and would not recommend them. read more

I am so happy that Chazz and his team was able to help me on Valentine's day. I had ordered roses for my Mom on line from Pro flowers and discovered they shipped the flowers to the wrong address, I was so very upset canceled the order... In a panic I called Flowers by Chazz, it was early afternoon and explained what happened. Chazz was very kind, he and his team put together a beautiful arrangement of 18 long stem roses and actually delivered them by 4:30 pm. My Mom was thrilled and so was I. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered today. I chose Flowers By Chazz because I believe in supporting local business. My mom never received her flowers today. I called and left a message A woman called me back and said they attempted delivery but no one was home. (My mom was home all day in her backyard). I asked the woman why they didn't call my mom's number which they request at checkout. The woman said 'if she wasn't home how could she answer her phone?' Unbelievable. I just got RIPPED OFF by CHAZ and his WIFE. I get a Christmas Centerpiece for my Mothers table every year for the past 35 years.I walked in yesterday after seeing his $10.00 coupon off a Christmas centerpiece in the local paper. I enter the florist and there was only 1 centerpiece for on display. I asked to see pictures of centerpieces. She said "Tell me what you would like". I said i like the piece on display but it only has one side .... I need one for a rectangular table. The one on display was beautiful. It had roses red and white dipped in glitter a ceramic angle.....In a beautiful sleigh...She asked me when i would like to pick it up. I said after 1 o'clock. She asked me what i wanted to spend. I said about $55.00. She asked if i could leave a deposit or if I wanted to pay for it now. I told her i had a $10.00 coupon also. She said "OH i didn't know about these". She took the $10.00 off my total. I payed for it in full......I picked it up a few hours ago. It was a bunch of red and white carnations and a cheesy 1 inch Santa stuck in it. NOT ONE ROSE.....I proceeded to go on the Flowers By Chaz Website to see what arrangement he made for me....on his home page you can see a Christmas Wishes Centerpiece for $55.00....with beautiful red and white roses. I went to Flowers by Chazz florist to order a corsage for my son to give to his girlfriend for junior prom. I told the saleswoman that I did NOT want roses because in the past they have shriveled up and fallen apart. She insisted that "everyone now gets roses and that won't happen with roses from this store." We continued this debate for another minute or two and she was very adamant. I felt she was intimidating my son into feeling his corsage would be the only one not made of roses, so I agreed. She again stated that this corsage would be fine. During prom, my son noticed that not only where the roses turning brown, but one rose had fallen off. He took pictures of the corsage. I went to Chazz florist and spoke with a different woman, explained my conversation that I had with the original woman that this was why I did not want a corsage with roses and showed her the pictures. This woman had a very bad attitude and actually told me that I should have known that white roses will turn brown and she refused to refund my money. I told her I was willing to even excepted partial refund again she refused I did not appear to care that another employee was being forceful and misleading and I, as a customer was not happy with what had happened, she was rude with a very poor attitude, and nothing was resolved. read more
