Based on the adds we see on television we called Precision Garage Door Service. PGD Service was able to send a technician to our home in short order. The technician was able to give us several ways to take care of the issue. We had the spring replaced with two springs as the door is a two car wide door. The technician replaced the bearings and then added a spring as well as replacing the broken spring. They did a nice job, and the office and technician were very professional.
