Ben knows everything about garage doors. He quietly goes about fixing whatever is wrong, is pleasant to work with, and is very affordable. He uses excellent quality products as well, not low-end or builder grade openers. He went the extra mile without even saying so, Justin and lubricating pretty much everything on our 45-year-old 16 ft wood garage door. Could not program garage door opener in 2025 Honda Accord despite having easily programmed several cars in our 14 years in this house. I purchased a bridge kit on line that didn't help. Benjamin came out and spent some time with it and figured out that the problem was that the integral garage door remote was a Canadian-manufactured unit and played by different rules. Replaced my broken garage torsion spring .243 X 2" X 32" in the evening hours in a quick and professional manner. Super friendly guy and he seems to know what he is doing. Lubricated and tested garage and gave me pointers on how to test annually. Answered all my questions and even recommended products for next time it breaks. Okay I know a lot of people ignore 5 star reviews but you need to know that when you call this place IF he is available he will be right out, fix your problems, charge you a fair price - no muss no fuss and that's the way I like it. A few years ago when we bought a house the springs were bad and we thought we had to replace the whole system but nope - he replaced the springs and so I kept his magnetized business card on my fridge. When we got a new fridge I transferred the magnet because I was so impressed with him. Today, the garage door came off kilter and he fixed it - no muss no fuss. You can't ask for more. Fantastic Experience! The spring broke on our contractor grade garage door opener. Ben came out and gave us an estimate on replacing it with a stronger universal system. He was less expensive than the other bid we received and extremely professional. He ordered the parts and was back in 2 days to fix the garage. Another awesome repair. He let me know what exactly was wrong, repaired it and even let me know that the spring on the door was too small. When I asked him to replace it, he told me it is not worth it until it breaks. So he had the chance to make more, but looked out for me first. He also was here 30 minutes after I called him.
