In our scramble Melissa was very responsive and worked around our schedule. While other services gave us flat general rates regarding of the work we did ourselves Melissa offered to come onsite to see the job and give us a fair quote. She walked the house with me and walked me through the process and what was going to take more time. She left no surprises and was very detailed. She gave us a very reasonable quote one what the actual job looked like which was lower than all the others. She kept on great communication and did a very thorough job. We did have dogs and we're not the best at dusting, this caused the job to take longer than she anticipated, but she communicated this and didn't charge extra from our original agreement. She came in and worked later to match my schedule and called me 30 minutes before she completed the job so I could come walk through and inspect. 1000% satisfied and thankful for her help and understanding. Quick response and quick turn around. Inspection and quote on Tuesday with cleaning completed that Thursday night so we could have rental inspection on Friday. Amazing and highly recommend.
