I have been in the store when customers come in and cuss out the employees due to the contract loading windows or doors wrong then end up breaking the glass.Then they expect the store to take it back. However, the return process for a damaged delivery was a complete disappointment. Because they only deliver outside, one of the tile boxes was found torn as we were bringing it into the house. We moved it carefully and placed it against the outside garage wall, taking a photo immediately (attached). Unfortunately, it rained overnight, which caused the torn box to fall apart and the tiles to shatter further. When I brought this up to the manager and showed her the photo--which clearly shows a major impact that couldn't have been caused by a customer--she completely refused a refund. She just repeatedly stated that I was supposed to physically bring the heavy, shattered tiles into the store to get my money back. Very poor handling of a high-spending customer.
