The level of service is what you would expect with the four seasons brand but this hotel stands above the rest with beauty and things to do. We enjoyed the 5 acre water park every day and loved it. So much to do for families at the pool area and we dipped away from the kids for the quiet adults pool also. If you are staying here to visit Disney it was equally amazing with character breakfasts in Ravello and the Disney shuttles that ran very often. We mostly ate at the pool ( lakehouse) and in the evening at the hotel ( ravello/Lobby bar) The other place capa? on the roof was nice but we didnt dine there but we did enjoy using their balcony to watch the fireworks from magic kingdom/epcot. The Lickitysplit coffee/pastry/sandwich place was very convenient when we needed something on the go for our busy vacation plans outside the hotel. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it's heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it's not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels.

The pool was great, very well staffed, though one of the hot tubs was not working throughout our trip which was a bummer. The quick service option was great, had plenty of options. The building itself was beautiful, especially the lobby. Transportation to all 4 of the parks was quick and easy, I never felt like I had to walk excessively far to our resorts bus stops. Although the resort itself was large, the bus stop seemed very central and we never had to wait for an elevator. Nor did we have to wait to get a table/pool chair. My main complaint with the resort was the noise level - they pipe in very loud music every night around 9 p.m. for about 10 minutes, which was awful if you're a light sleeper and wanting to get up early the next day. You can also hear the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night from the resort, but that's to be expected if you're staying in a MK area resort and I didn't find it to be disruptive. Overall, I could definitely see myself coming back to the Wilderness Lodge, the resort was incredible besides the music every night (which is really very minor considering it only went on for about 10 minutes a day). It's a great option if you're planning to spend a lot of time at Magic Kingdom.

The check-in process was a little slow-going, but the staff were friendly and professional and got us taken care of as soon as possible. On the website and in emails, they tell you what you need to bring and what they provide. DON'T FORGET YOUR WATERPROOF PHONE CASES! They don't include that on the list, but they sell them for $40. Bring your GoPro too, if you have one. For some of the special experiences, like the SeaVenture, they will offer to let you use one and then they will charge you for the videos and images. I was kicking myself because I forgot to bring either. Our interactions with the gift store staff were probably the least enjoyable. They seemed uninterested in assisting us and would rather count down their drawers or take inventory than ring us out. One lady told us that the other would assist us but eventually saw that the extensive wait time was unreasonable, especially in an otherwise empty store. Our most enjoyable interactions were with the marine life! I was not a fan of the full-body wetsuit that I was told was required for the SeaVenture. Sizing was eye-balled and inaccurate! I also got a pretty nasty rash after wearing it. I have extremely sensitive skin that did not agree with that material or the fact that it is shared and I'm not sure how they are cleaned/sanitized. When we arrived to the SeaVenture, almost every other participant was wearing the short-sleeved, shorts version of the wetsuit. I wish I had been given the option to choose. The dolphins were absolutely adorable and so entertaining. The aviary was fun and interesting, and the birds ate ALL DAY, despite what I'd read and heard through videos about needing to get there first thing in the morning. The current in the lazy river was the only thing lazy about the river. You do have to work to move around in there. I spent the majority of my time in the grand reef. Snorkeling for the first time in an atmosphere like this was 10 out of 10 highly recommended! If we come back again in the future, we'll skip the Day Bed rental, as we didn't utilize it at all. I got it just in case it started raining. I wanted us to have shelter. It did rain while we were there and I just stayed in the Grand Reef until it stopped! We had fun during our "under the sea" adventure (SeaVenture), but I could skip that next time. I would've opted for a dolphin encounter instead. The food was just okay. It's hard to mess up breakfast, so it was good, but lunch was meh. I had some very basic salmon and some creamy, but unseasoned, macaroni and cheese. We also had the drink package and tried to get our money's worth, but it isn't very wise to get tipsy and go snorkeling, so opted to focus on the snorkeling.

All of the rooms had either a balcony or patio space as well. You have private beach access, the ability to rent a variety of beach items, pool, splash pad, mini golf and more! The beach was beautiful, with calm, warm water and soft, powdery sand. Even when the resort became very busy over Labor Day weekend, it still maintained a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was truly the highlight of our experience. A huge thank you to Braxton, Albin, Joel, Dragen, Izzy, Alyssa, Elaine, Josh, Katie, Eddie, Briana, Shannon, Jessica, Eden, Hailey, Rafael, Robert, and Garrett for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Dining & Spa: We enjoyed the service at Tate's and Caretta, especially Eddie, Briana, and Katie. We also loved exploring local restaurants, with Clear Sky Café, Cesare at the Beach, and Columbia being some of our favorites. Robert at Cesare and Columbia was especially fantastic. The spa was another highlight, particularly the prenatal massage experience with Shannon and the couples massages we enjoyed with Jessica. The staff was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and intimate. There were, however, some disappointing aspects. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and there were several issues with the room, including the refrigerator placement, small safe, and shower door. We also felt the beach umbrellas should be included rather than an additional charge. Our biggest frustration was with the front desk and check-out process, particularly how some of our concerns and billing issues were initially handled. It took far too long to get everything sorted out, which was frustrating, especially at the end of an otherwise enjoyable stay. That said, I spoke directly with the General Manager about our experience, and I really appreciated how quickly he responded to my complaint and stepped in to help address the overall issue. His willingness to listen and make things right made a significant difference. Despite the areas that need improvement, we truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful we chose Sandpearl for such a special milestone. The resort has a beautiful setting and an incredible number of genuinely wonderful employees. With some improvements to housekeeping, front-desk communication, and overall service recovery, I believe Sandpearl has everything it needs to be an exceptional resort. This is probably the best hotel I have stayed at in Clearwater Beach so far and it would be very hard to go anywhere else.

There is no restaurant or bar on site, but there are some close by with a 5 to 10 drive. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. We were able to head to the beach while we waited to get our room, since we were early. There are loungers and chairs at the beach and it is first come first serve. The same applies to the pool. All rooms have ocean view, but our room was the one closest to the street, so we didnt get the same view as the ones up front. They have 2nd floor and a ground level rooms. The rooms are remodeled with an ocean theme, making it welcoming and getting that vacation feel. I did nit give it a 5 star due to the ac and all the humidity that you can feel at night. Not sure if it was our ac or just being too close to the beach that it was super stuffy, smelled a bit like mildew and it was uncomfortable to sleep. It is pricey, specially during the holidays but a nice hotel with an awesome beach
