If I can put lower I would. AVOID IF YOU COULD. This place has been nothing but awful. Last year I did two MRI with them that lasted 2 hours. When I went to the doctor's office two to three weeks later to get my results, they still haven't sent it over. I called them upset that it shouldn't be taking this long. Then it was a rush job and they sent my MRI results. Which they proceed to tell me how everything was great including my GALLBLADDER which I removed when I was 17. I was appalled how incorrect this statement was. When I told them I wanted another radiologist to read the scan they told me they couldn't and it was just a typo and they fixed it. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO FEEL SAFE AND SECURE WITH THESE RESULTS. I complained for months and I got tired so I let it go. OVER A YEAR LATER I GOT A BILL. A BILL FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will even go to say unethical. When I called to make a complaint the supervisor of billing was rude, not understanding and refused to look into the situation. When I made a comment on how this service was awful she said I should have addressed it a year ago, similar to this bill should have been addressed over a year. I had the mammogram done around 12:30 but I got upset and left without the ultrasoud At 1:30 there were still three other ladies waiting ahead of me. I scheduled an appointment for a sonogram; with a very friendly lady called Mercedes. Arrived there on time, Saturday at 11:30am; proceed to complete the biometric pages they requires and validated the prescription. Waited for 35-40 minutes, without complaint, but when an hour went by I stopped to the front desk to ask for the reason about the delay. Supposedly they were short staffed, even tough that people that came after me went in into the imaging rooms. They told me they'd studies were different than mine and more complicated. To tell a long story in short time I was there up 1:20 giving them the opportunity to catch up with the delay. But what made upset. Seeing the tech drinking coffee and talking ignoring the fact of the amount of people in the waiting room. I consider they do not respect the time for other people. Never again !!! read more

I visited a medical facility for a chest X-ray and was called to the back by Ramon, a supervisor. He asked me to remove my bra, which I did. He then asked if I had any piercings. When I said no, he pointed at my breast and said, "Let me see." I was shocked but complied, opening the top portion of my dress to show him my breast. He remarked, "Oh, you had your breast done, your technician will be here shortly" and walked out of the room. I was stunned that he asked to see my breast since he was not the technician. When the technician arrived, I explained what had happened. The technician was appalled and assured me that Ramon's actions were inappropriate and that he would report the incident. After my X-rays, I went to the front desk to file a complaint and asked for a supervisor but to my surprise, they informed me that Ramon was the supervisor, so I left without making the complaint. After discussing the incident with my husband, the referring clinic, and my primary care doctor, I decided to file a formal complaint with the center. On Wednesday, May 22, I called the center and spoke with Tatiana and Virginia, who took my statement and informed me that Ramon would be terminated. I want to escalate my complaint to the highest level to ensure no other woman experiences such a traumatic incident. read more

This has been the worst wait time and experience I truly have ever experienced in any sort of doctors office or medical center. My appointment and arrival time was at 9:00 AM and once they completed my check in process ONE hour after my arrival/ appointment time they conveniently took my payment, followed by a disclaimer that they are running an hour late- and I asked for clarification if this would be an hour after my arrival time and I was told no, it would be an additional hour. So, 11:20 rolls around now 2.5 hours past my arrival time and when asked what the update was they told me an additional hour. Unless you have an endless amount of time on your hands, are interested in sitting in a jam packed waiting room, and are looking to work on practicing your patience, go anywhere but here. The part of the appointments and the attention are ok, the billing part does not work. They billed me $644.87 instead of $94.87, the bill said 5/23/2024 and it came to my mail on 5/30/2024. The same day I called several times and nobody picked up. When they answered I try to explain the issue to the biller but she put me on hold without letting me explain and when she got the same figure I tried to explain to her, she told me i can pay over the phone. I requested the bill to be sent by postal mail. On 6/10/2024 still bill has no arrived. I called again, as per representative no billet is in the building and asked me to call again. I am busy so I requested a supervisor, administrator. When answered several minutes after the lady told me she is no the administrator but her assistant, i tried to explain the issue but she only checked the account and told me I owed $91.17 and she corrected herself to the number $94.87, told me to pay over the phone. I asked her to be billed by postal mail, the corrected bill from $644.87 to $94.87 and she told me no, that she can send me the bill by email only since bills are already put and they will be sent again in 3 months, that she is the biller and not the assistant of administrator, she does not know what has happened to the account or what i told prior biller and they record the calls and they keep notes in the accounts but no notes in the account placed. Billing is inconsistent in this place, they are rude, unpleasant and impatient as well pretty incompetent Waiting for some supervisor to call me back to resolve the matter. read more

Horrible experience 9/16/21 Had 12:30 appointment, didn't get seen until 3:30. Place was packed, no distancing. I don't speak Spanish, was born in Miami. My phone didn't work well because of internet. Couldn't watch television because all three large screens were in Spanish, even closed captioning! I wear hearing aids, so I was SOL. Two men basically accosted me for trying to take pictures of televisions. I will be reporting to American Disabilities. I will never recommend this hell hole to anyone. I went in for my MRI appointment on 10/13 at 6:30 p.m. I was told the wait would be 2-3 hours hence I would be starting my MRI at 9:00 at night, which is literally unheard of. I already had the same issue once before when I went in for an X-ray. I told the girl in the front I would not wait and wanted to leave. I asked how I would get the $150.00 copayment I paid, and she stated to call and Monday, and they would refund it back to my debit card. I called Monday only to find out that I have to request a physical check, ok the "accounting department" would request and call me to come physically to the office to pick it up. I called today 10/18 and the refund request was never even completed now find out it will take 10-15 business days. There is no manager or supervisor in the office either to speak to until 10/24. I literally thought I was being punked. The audacity of this place is unheard of. Don't be fooled by the wait message when you call- we have big-screen TVs, valet parking, and even marble floors. They schedule an appointment, take 2 hours to process you upon check-in, to then inform you that you need a referral from your PCP because of your insurance carrier. Something I could have been informed of prior to my appointment being made. I walked in and there was no proper greeting from any of the 10 ladies sitting behind the front desk. No direction as to how the intake process works. Sat there for an hour with my paperwork filled out prior to figuring out how the intake process worked on my own. Nothing was explained, I then called to speak with the manager and was placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Clearly they were avoiding the situation, I asked clearly who wasn't doing their job and apparently no one is doing it correctly. I was referred by a doctor to have a ultrasound never did I expect this would be such a horrible experience ,my appointment was for 10 am ,when they called me to book an appt they told me what ever time you want that should've been a red flag from the start ,got there at 9 am and left at 11:05 because we had to complain ,I was drinking water since 8 am to be ready for the ultrasound and end it up starting at 11 so imagine the pain I was feeling,because we complained twice and I even started crying of my fruthe guy in the front kept telling everyone they had to wait a bit more ,they overbooked soo many patients at the same time ,a lot of them went up to ask several times,the girls in the front desk super bad attitude and they don't even look up to you ,and expect you not to complain making you wait so long but super quick to charge patients copays !! when I went in came across the tech, she had a bad attitude like if she was force to do the exam on me also did not take more than 2 minutes ,I have had that type of ultrasound and never been that fast ,I would not be going back this place has to fix soo many things read more

This business is horrible. They only had 1 X-ray technician available due to Covid. They lied about the wait time after the first hour. I was very disappointed in the way they had many patients waiting in a room with people who were coughing and sneezing. After waiting 2 hrs I asked the front desk to return my personal information and left the office. Dominic came after me to explain his boss told him to lie to patients about the wait time being only about 1 hour. This is a low key radiology company. The office has several front desk workers who help with various jobs. The place has several places to sit. They do follow social distancing. They charge $35.00 for xrays without insurance. The place has a clean office. The place is located outside a nice looking office business in the very front. Parking is free and they are plenty places to park. If you park in the back of the building just walk to the front of the building to Sunset. Staff was nice. read more
