However, he did not seem to have been supplied the proper tools by his employer to do the job. In fact, he probably could have used a second set of hands When he asked me to hold the ladder I suggested he call his boss. He did and said he was told "to figure it out".The job was not done entirely as promised. The stained glass portion of the window was to be cleaned by hand, it was not. There were also some plants damaged in the process. Yet, the windows are cleaner than before. I will not use Oregon Janitorial services again. Nor would I recommend them.

After a couple mishaps with my original window cleaner of 5 1/2 years having Covid and moving away, however I am going to be working with him again thank God!!! I unfortunately stumbled upon three bears, he LIED about having insurance and waited till the day of to say oh he couldn't find his policy and then he realized his policy was not covering him and he needed to get a new policy. How do you do that when you have a business and you're charging full price like $500 for window cleaning? Please be careful with who you pick make sure they bring out proper paper work actually showing you that they have insurance and licensing that they are covered not just telling you they have insurance. I knew something was wrong because he was having trouble responding to texts and phone calls the day before. He's one of those guys that's really good at acting super nice and oh I'm just such a nice guy. Beware it's better to deal with people who are upfront and maybe a little bit prickly but they have their licensing, insurance and workman's comp together not just charging full price and Scamming people!! I feel really sorry for his customers that think he's such a nice guy and he's giving them a deal. Charging them top dollar and then not even paying for insurance and coverage. Who even knows if he's even paying his taxes to our government?? We are just dumb Americans, I guess ?

They were friendly, too! I highly recommend them and I will certainly be giving them my business in the future. I hired them to do roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss-prevention treatment. And to me, the price was fair and affordable. Again, I'm a new homeowner and this was the first time I ever had to do this... so even if what I paid was too much (I wouldn't know), I don't care because their stellar customer alone was worth every penny. This is my 2nd time using Mossbusters to clean my roof, gutters, power wash my siding and this time…read moreI had them power wash my agate patio. Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.
