Well, this is quite a mouthful of a name "extraordinaire", but I would beg to differ on this one!!…read moreACTUALLY DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE!!!! After a couple mishaps with my original window cleaner of 5 1/2 years having Covid and moving away, however I am going to be working with him again thank God!!! I unfortunately stumbled upon three bears, he LIED about having insurance and waited till the day of to say oh he couldn't find his policy and then he realized his policy was not covering him and he needed to get a new policy. How do you do that when you have a business and you're charging full price like $500 for window cleaning? Please be careful with who you pick make sure they bring out proper paper work actually showing you that they have insurance and licensing that they are covered not just telling you they have insurance. I knew something was wrong because he was having trouble responding to texts and phone calls the day before. He's one of those guys that's really good at acting super nice and oh I'm just such a nice guy. Beware it's better to deal with people who are upfront and maybe a little bit prickly but they have their licensing, insurance and workman's comp together not just charging full price and Scamming people!! I feel really sorry for his customers that think he's such a nice guy and he's giving them a deal. Charging them top dollar and then not even paying for insurance and coverage. Who even knows if he's even paying his taxes to our government?? We are just dumb Americans, I guess ?

Lianne applied for a job with my company on indeed and we responded by asking some preliminary…read morequestions to help us get to know her better and determine the best fit for our team. These were the questions she was asked: Do you have a reliable cell phone and service in Tillamook and surrounding areas? What type of transportation do you use to get to jobs, and is it dependable for travel to nearby areas like Manzanita, Rockaway, or Bay City? Are you currently taking on new clients under Mer-clean by the maid, or are you looking to work as part of another team? What days and times are you typically available to clean or inspect properties? Would you be open to last-minute or emergency cleanings if the need arises? What types of cleaning supplies and equipment do you currently own and use for jobs? For example: vacuum, mop system, staging items, microfiber cloths, natural or commercial cleaners. Do you provide your own linens, paper products, or guest amenities for properties you clean? What's your process for maintaining your supplies between jobs (e.g., keeping them clean, stocked, and ready)? You arrive at a vacation rental and realize that the previous guest left a large mess--trash not taken out, sand everywhere, stained linens. How do you approach the situation to make sure it's guest-ready on time? A homeowner calls and says a guest found hair in the tub and dirty dishes in the cupboard after your clean. What steps would you take next? If you're partway through a clean and realize you forgot a key supply or tool, what do you do? You find damage to the property that wasn't there during your last visit--a broken chair or missing remote. How do you handle documentation and communication? If you're running behind and the next guest arrives in less than an hour, how do you prioritize tasks and ensure the home meets expectations? Have you ever had a disagreement with a client or another team member? How did you handle it? As someone who has run your own cleaning business, how do you balance high standards with efficiency? Can you tell me about a time when you made a mistake on a job? What happened, and how did you resolve it? What would you do if you found money, valuables, or something suspicious while cleaning? How do you handle feedback or criticism from a property owner or manager? What are your deal-breakers--what would make you turn down a job or walk away from a client? What do you think sets a great housekeeper or property inspector apart from an average one? You've worked both independently and with companies--what's your preferred environment and why? Cleaning can be physically demanding and repetitive. What keeps you motivated and consistent in your work? Not one of these questions is not relative to the industry or to the position she applied. *Her response was shocking. Instead of simply withdrawing her application or simply saying it wasn't a good fit, she chose to respond this way: Lianne Kerlinger * 12:19 am I didn't sign up to write an essay about cleaning I filled out my resume form and sent it to see about working for you but I've changed my mind I didn't have the time or patience for, moving forward I'm good and have challenged my mind about working for this company. If Lianne can't answer these questions and they frustrate her enough to be rude, imagine how she will represent you or your property or respond when you have a question about your property.

Yelp submitted various businesses for yard work I needed done. She replied and I didn't respond…read morebecause she does house cleaning, not yard work as you can see in the messages I attached. Calling me names and saying I wasted her time because I didn't respond when I would've been wasting her time if I did respond for a service she doesn't offer- Clearly not someone that should be running a business- funny that one of her five star reviews is from herself.
