But then a woman comes in and they test her sample right away. I asked why they tested hers and not mine, and the woman who claims to be the manager said its because I didnt buy anything. It didnt matter that I had a cart load there ready to buy. This is ridiculous. Evidently, they dont care about customers, and if you shop here, they will treat you the same.

Eventually, we decided on the Hot Spring Limelight Flair, and Brad gave us a very fair price--then went above and beyond by agreeing to deliver and install it an hour away. Honestly, we felt like we were asking too much, but he didn't blink. When Brad, Doug, and Nathan arrived with the spa, we ended up enjoying their company just as much as the delivery itself. Doug had enough stories to keep us laughing through the entire install, Nathan jumped right in and kept things moving, and Brad stayed the steady, professional presence making sure everything was done right. Even when a little hiccup from our electrician made setup take longer than it should have, Brad stuck with us to make sure we knew exactly how to operate and maintain the spa. And later that same night, Brad even texted us a recommendation for a top-notch electrician--talk about service that goes the extra mile! And then there's Trina--the chemical balance wizard! Beyond dissatisfied and no one is willing to fix the mistakes that were made. It's no wonder these folks have changed the name of this place a number of times...bad rep no doubt. All I can say is rather than spend a penny here, I highly recommend piling your cash up and just setting it on fire. you will get more satisfaction and entertainment doing that than you would from this "business" and the shady people running it and the"contract" laborers they screw you into using. I ordered in March 2016, we had lots of rain and our water table is high so my pool was a nightmare. They like drilled like 7 wells around my pool just to keep the ground water out so they could complete. I did not get in my pool that year until August. I has been awesome though. I started out with a salt system, but could not use, because the water would get so hot, I would waste and loose my salt. I have a dedicated well just for the pool to add 50 degree well water. Now i just float a chlorine dispenser which works ok. I sure loved that salt system though it mad the water so soft. Now I am wondering if my french drains are working properly, I have left a couple of msg with Renae with no response. Otherwise very low maintenance pool. I forgot to mention that it is a 18 x 26 oval with FG steps. I have a impervious cover, custom and the water is crystal clear in May when I remove the cover. Water chemistry very easy to maintain. I did have sand filter issues 2 yrs ago, the way they plumbed the filter had to be completely redone so I could change the sand. Just added 2 unions just to get the top off. Didn't have liner issues, but I added liner lock completely around just to ease my mind. Thanks Aloha. I have pics on my phone, but not this computer.

Greeted and assisted the moment I walked in. Items I needed were quickly located by an employee. There are a lot of fun things to look on display if you take a lap of the place. During my brief trip, many were bringing samples of their pool water in plastic bags and tupperware containers for free testing and guidance on how to fix anything out of balance. Lots of chemicals, and accessories/repair parts for in ground and above ground pools and spas. Makes me want to get a bigger pool!

In fact, I had to call and ask what was going on after the appointment. Only then was I told that they would not be able to return and complete the repair until the end of July--another month away. As a result, we are likely losing most of the summer because of the lack of communication and follow-through. If they had been upfront about the delay from the beginning, it would have been disappointing but understandable. Instead, we were left waiting for answers and are now facing a much longer repair timeline than expected.
