Doug had enough stories to keep us laughing through the entire install, Nathan jumped right in and kept things moving, and Brad stayed the steady, professional presence making sure everything was done right. Even when a little hiccup from our electrician made setup take longer than it should have, Brad stuck with us to make sure we knew exactly how to operate and maintain the spa.
