It is hard to rate this location because the therapists themselves are excellent. It's just everything else. Management should take more of an interest in training their staff.

They had only been open a couple of years at that time, so everything was still being built up. The waiting room has chairs against the wall that has about three feet between the chair and the counter. If you're in a wheelchair you have to go through a narrow back door. They showed zero empathy for my situation--it's clear they care more about collecting a fee than they do about their patients. The paperwork asked for details she did not have. Jasmine made the rudest remarks. She rescheduled her appointment and I went in with her the second time. Jasmine rolled her eyes at me and continued in a very rude manner. I asked for her supervisor. She turned around and said TIA. Apparently this is a family business. We gave no reason to be treated in this manner. Id be concerned about the medical remedies.
