He also charged us some reinforcement parts -$93 - that he was supposed to comeback and install and we were to pay for the labor then. We've tried to contact him multiple times and when we do a get a response he says call back on Friday to get you scheduled in but then never responds. At this point, I don't think we're gonna get the $93 back or the parts installed.
