    If 0 stars was an option..... The service I received at Infiniti of Hilton Head was extremely poor…read moreand unsatisfactory. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and execution is unbelievable. I took my secondary vehicle in for service as part of a factory recall and was immediately bombarded with a list of discrepancies I would have to get serviced before my vehicle was even pulled into the garage bay to be inspected by a servicemember. This was odd to me and I looked at this as an attempt to capitalize on my visit and gain additional funds since the recall would be covered by the dealership. They proceeded to start the recall (ECM Reprogram) but did not have an engine sub-harness needed to complete the work. At this point I was informed they would order the sub-harness and that they would call me when it arrived. Tom and Brandon (Service Managers) advised that I could drive the vehicle in the interim while I awaited the parts. (Of note I expressed to them I would be moving out of state in two weeks due to a military PCS and needed the work to be completed prior to my move.) This was extremely poor advice considering the recall was a safety recall which could cause the vehicle to randomly stall out while traveling causing potentially fatal accidents. With no other options I left the dealership with my check engine light on (was not on prior to my visit) As time passed I began to feel as if the work was not prioritized due the nature of it being a recall and would be free of charge. After playing phone tag for two weeks I met my deadline to move and had no choice but to put my Infiniti on a trailer and haul it 550 miles away to North Carolina at my own expense. Once I finally was able to contact a representative I was told the sub-harness arrived a week prior and they neglected to reach out to inform me. This would have been nice to know when I called, around the time of delivery and prior to my move. After arriving to NC I experienced sporadic stall outs and random loss of power. To make a long story short... the took no ownership and never completed the work... my vehicle left their custody in a condition worse that it was prior to me bringing it in for service and their only remedy to date has been a continuous "I apologize this happened to you" "Im Sorry Mr. Goodman" Prior to this experience I've had nothing but praises for Infiniti and always informed people of my love of Infiniti vehicles. After such a horrible experience I will NEVER patronize another Infiniti dealership due to their lack of professionalism and accountability for such poor performance.

We are all trying to dig out of the "instant gratification" mindset in the midst of difficult times for businesses and individuals. Even with so many obstacles, the staff at OC Welch works tirelessly to accommodate service and purchase needs with diligence. Inability to communicate with Lincoln customer, 2) Inability to honestly communicate with Lincoln customer, 3) Problematic oversight of service for customers Lincolns. We dropped our Lincoln off for simple routine service late September. Our Lincoln sat on the OC Welch lot for ten-days with zero service completed. No one from the dealership has explained why that occurred. We asked for three service items (through their on-line service portal) 1) burned out front door speaker, 2) oil service, and 3) tire rotation. Communication issues - I emailed the son of the owner in mid-September for his assistance with our Lincoln service. He never replied to my email. I then emailed the owner who did respond and assist - thank you. I had to call each week to find out the status of the service. I called twice the second week because no one responded to my vmail the previous day. One of the unprofessional issues was when the service tech called me final day. His tone was arrogant and he was dishonest about the service issues. Unacceptable. Bottom line - OC Welch Lincoln service department jerked us around so much they lost not only a continuing service customer but also a new Lincoln sale.

The dealership has always been very responsive fair and personable. Particularly Brendon in sales. He made the purchase and ongoing relationship a very comfortable process. He is a stellar gentleman who put his customer first. Secondly, Mr Rubin, the service manager, should be commended for his professionalism, integrity and intimate knowledge in his role as service manger. By this I mean he has always been fair and genuinely looks after the customers best interest in not only being thorough with every service call but he also looks after the clients best interest with respect to cost. You rarely find this type of overall care and concern for customers. It's refreshing. The real reason for this review is to tell You that despite a systemic issue related to this model of vehicle cutting off without warning which caused my daughter and granddaughter to be stranded on I95 at 4:00am returning from visiting me In rock hill, sc hospital The fact the car was literally on the shoulder white line. This was terrifying for them as trucks and other vehicle flew by her inches away. It was horrifying for them. The car would not move and all functions were inoperable. Unfortunately, this was a known manufacture Issue that was openly trying to remedy with other atlas owners God forbid if a car or truck would have clipped the and seriously injured or god forbid killed them. Accordingly, as father and grandfather I was furious. They were crying and scared to death. 911 was called begging for help. 911 responded. They were safely extracted after a terrifying 45 minute wait. The car was towed to the dealership. Where the good people of auto nation, quickly repaired the car properly and worked with us with care and concern with special emphasis on the well being of my children. I thank you for that support. It shows despite the manufactures issue causing this problem all over the country, I will tell you it is refreshing to know that Auto Nation's general manager, service manager and staff are all to be commended. We highly Recommend this dealership from sales to service. I've taken the time to write this review with genuine thanks and appreciation.

Then they made us pay for it at the appointment . I should have been made aware that it wasn't covered from the beginning. Highly disappointed. When all of it was over, I got it in my car and check the oil level. The oil level was not filled to where it needed to be at. We went back and they said they couldn't fill it bc it would "purge out". Highly Disappointed in the service I received here. Would not recommend. Service Manger was made aware of it and never came out to look at the car or even talk to us to see what he would do. Needless to say I wouldn't be coming here.

I was going to take my Cadillac SUV to a certfied dealership in Savannah for a Saturday appointment but they were very rude on a loaner car because they did not know when they could check out my SUV and she told me to call Cadillac. I called Cadiilac and the lady was so helpful. First positve because the rude person, the wonderful lady at Cadillac (not dealship) told me Cadillac would rent me a car if they didnt have a loaner. Second called and schedule service with Queen for Mike Reichenbach and she said they would be happy to honor what Cadillac said. On my visit to Mike Reichenbach Brittany was my advisior at the service department, she was so nice and her customer service was 100%!! I did not need a loaner but she offered to get a rental , it was fixed and I was out within 3hours. After I received a call from them making sure everything was good. The Cadillac main company even called to make sure I was happy with everything. I will tell all my friends and everyone who comes in my job to go to Mike Reichenbach, good honest company!! Unfortunately the repair did not solve our issue and we ended up having to do additional work after we arrived at home. Nevertheless, we were grateful that they helped us with little notice and worked us in to their schedule on our way out of town in 2024.

    We brought our 2016 Sprinter 2500 into Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head in May of this year due to a…read morerattling noise in the engine. The technician diagnosed the issue as a sheared bolt, causing the rattling and tearing the gasket. They also said (and showed us on the MB dealer parts portal) that this bolt was caused faulty workmanship of MB of Albuquerque only a week prior, where we took the van to for a coolant leak issue. To be clear, I have no issue with MB of HH around the work they did. They fixed the broken bolt and gaskets and got us on the road again. My issue is their response to our attempt to get reimbursed for at least some of the work, as it's supposed to be under the MB USA service and parts warranty done by authorized dealers. HH initially placated our attempt to a reimbursement for the work and parts caused by MB of ABQ, but when we opened a case with MB USA, they told the case manager a different story than what they told us. I am now also wondering why MB of HH didn't simply tell us upfront that the work performed by MB of ABQ is under warranty and only charge of for the portion of the work not performed by ABQ? After reflecting on this experience for a while I am left with the feeling that once the bill is paid and you're no longer in the dealership, any response to your legitimate concerns goes to the bottom of the priority pile. Our attempt to further describe our situation and ask for financial reimbursement by sending a detailed letter to the dealership went nowhere (no response from anyone) and when I called the Service Advisor in HH to inquire again about our concerns, she was of course very nice and said she would look into it again, yet we never heard back, and never will. I am not surprised. BTW, I am giving two stars to HH because they were not the original cause of the issue, but I cannot go above that due to the overall experience as described.
