Here for a week to visit family. It has been a very quiet and peaceful stay. We were in a nice…read morelarge pull-thru. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were very clean and nice. They have recently black topped roads and sites. They have recently added lots of new concrete sites also. They are definitely working on updating the park from a mobile home park to more of an RV park. Convenient location on I-35W. We will stay here again and highly recommend staying here!

The streets are full of big holes. No smoke alarm in unit 31. Neighbor went without hot water for over a month and moved. Has no licensed plumbing or electrician to do work. Some units need to be condemned in my opinion. Complaining gets you no where even about black mold. My health was at risk (having COPD) and still landlord would not do anything. The more I complained I was threatened with eviction. So I saved my money and got the heck out of there. I terminated the lease due to no maintenance causing me more health issues. Its a law that a landlord MUST repair roof leaks and anything that is causing a health issue to a tenant.

He has mowed my lawn for me, Tammy is always so patient and answers my questions and makes me feel like a friend not a tenant. Hvac system has never worked correctly since moving in, even though he sends people out... They don't fix it. Only one vent in the entire house has ever worked. Window leaking and won't fix it has caused black mold and sickness in my household. If there was an opening with another landlord I would stay but moving asap. 1 year resident.

Now we blessed to have Bill, he is a Vet and a family man. Bill is a wonderful man and great at getting things done around this park. This is friendly park, we all keep an eye out for the kid as the play in the streets and on own small playground. We have our own little Neighborhood Watch here in the park. Our little park is a wonderful little place to live.

A lot of complaints about mail and deposits:(- rules are rules. Jennifer is the manager, not the owner. Don't shoot the messenger. I've never had a problem. Read your paperwork, and no question is stupid. Communication is key The mail is a post office issue. (I've had mail stolen from my house- it's not the landlords fault, unfortunate as it is). People like to post when there is a complaint. I wish the folks who have had emergency repairs done and errands ran and numerous other neat perks to being here are performed would post reviews. This place, the staff and the people we have met here are priceless:) UPDATE: We LOVE visiting this place!! During our last visit Jennifer was kind enough to take us on a tour of the property! Even showed us different spots to choose from! I am so happy this place is under new management and some great new renovations are being done because of it. The office is beautiful and the laundry room is a great perk:) I hope the new owner sees what a gem they have in Jennifer. I've never experienced the customer service we get from her with any other park.
