I have since moved out but I do still have a friend living here and things seem to be changing for the better so I will update from 1 Star to 3 stars. ***Original review*** Worst property management ever! If you like having you vehicles towed out of your own driveway that you are paying for with no one contacting you as to why beforehand, if you like having your lawn mowed and then charged for it a mere day after mowing it yourself, and if you just love getting threatening eviction notices taped to your front door the morning it is due even when you have never once been late..... like never once in 9 years of renting here! Then this is the place for you! This is the worst kind of parasitic property management here I've ever experienced! Avoid like the plague!

Perfectly situated between Dallas and Fort Worth in Arlington, it is ideal for those wanting access to the two bigger cities in a preserve-like setting. It's 20 minutes either way. As the third largest city in the Metroplex, Arlington is quickly coming in to its own with plenty of development, renewal, activity in the sports district and museums. Many people refer to the North Texas megalopolis as DFW, but after my recent visits it might be more accurate to call it DFWA. Arlington certainly adds a lot to the equation in population and Viridian is a very pleasing component of its growing vitality.

Now, two years later we realize that buying a home at Ladera at the Reserve was one of the best decisions of our lives. One significant blessing is the simplicity and economy of maintaining our new beautiful home which is highly energy efficient. We love our natural gas appliances for one. A second advantage is our strategic location placing us near great shopping, restaurants, fire and police, and two major hospital and medical facilities. Perhaps our greatest benefit is living in a community of like-minded seniors who share a broad array of interests and activities throughout the week - for example; yoga, poker, various other card games, lef-right-center, bingo, pool, table tennis, corn hole, horseshoes, swimming, water polo, group trips to baseball games, pickle ball, etc. If you are in that 55 Plus age group, wanting to scale down your real estate responsibilities, and thinking about looking into a 55 Plus living community, pay a visit to Ladera at the Reserve.
