From the very beginning, I was impressed with how much time and attention they gave my project. Eric came out to my house twice before we even got started, including a second visit after normal business hours. He took the time to walk through the design with me, answer all my questions, and really understand what I was hoping to accomplish. Even though my project was a smaller residential job, I never once felt like it was any less important to them.
Cassie was equally wonderful to work with. She was responsive, thorough, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial planning stages all the way through completion. Having someone who actually follows through and keeps you informed makes such a difference!
Once the work started, I was just as impressed with the crew. They arrived on time every single day, often stayed late, and were so respectful of my property. And I have to mention how CLEAN they were! Every evening, they picked up all their trash and water bottles, swept my driveway, and even blew the dirt off my patio. I know that might sound like a little thing, but there were days you honestly wouldn't have known I had a landscaping crew working at my house all day. I appreciated that more than they probably realize.
One of my favorite parts of the process was watching Eric spend hours figuring out where to place all my flowers and plants. He was so thoughtful about choosing flowers that would bloom at different times of the year so I'd have color throughout the growing season instead of everything blooming at once. It wasn't just about getting plants in the ground. He genuinely cared about how everything would look months from now.
And I'll be the first to admit, I changed my mind quite a few times along the way! I asked for revisions, moved things around, and probably had more questions than the average customer. Eric never once made me feel like I was being difficult. He was patient and happy to work through everything with me until it felt right.
I moved into my new construction home a few months ago, and while I absolutely loved the house, looking out at a yard full of dirt every day made it feel like something was still missing. I've spent months imagining what it would look like when everything was finally done, and somehow the finished product is even better than I pictured.
It's hard to explain, but having the landscaping finished is what finally made my new house feel like home.
I'm genuinely grateful to Eric, Cassie, and the entire Precision crew for all the work they put into making that happen. It's refreshing to work with a company where people care about the details, take pride in their work, and treat your home like it's their own.
