From the viewing to the memorial service to the inurnment at the burial plot, everything was so thoughtfully put together. Danielle Binter was so attentive to our needs at all times. Cherise Jolley helped my sister and me with the final finances and the headstone. Both were so very caring and sensitive to our needs. We so appreciate it that because we told them that Dad was a veteran, they automatically arranged for an Honor Guard to be there to present my Mom with a flag and the six gun salute with taps. It was a very dignified service. It seems that whatever we wanted, Danielle and Charise were ready to jump at it and indeed probably already had the resources to accommodate us. I feel that there isn't a need that this staff couldn't fulfill, they are that good. If they don't have it, they will get it or arrange it. If you want to honor your loved one with dignity and be able to do it with the least amount of stress during a very stressful time, I highly recommend you talk to these professionals. They told us they'd call the next day to finalize the bill. They didn't. They completely jacked up my grandmother's slide show. When we expressed our concern, they were complacent. The service felt cookie cutter, and didn't feel like it was what my grandmother wanted. She created all of her own funeral plans 25 years ago and created her pre-need arrangements. Back then, the funeral home was in Eaton and felt very personal. Now at the time of her death, it feels like a corporate "rush 'em in, rush 'em out." They even was $500 to steam her service to our family who couldn't attend. It felt like we had an intern setting all her arrangements. The only nice thing I can say is that their facility was nice, but that doesn't make up for their lax approach to our family. If I could do 0 out of 5 stars, I would! Take your loved ones to funeral home that will actually care about them!

Below is a copy and paste of my review and experience with Chapel of the Chimes. If you want a beautiful celebration of life this is not the funeral home for you. If you're the family vulture and need help burning the evidence also known as cremate someone without knowledge or proper consent then this is the funeral home for you and Jon Radomsky is your man! He will do this for you with very little effort. He'll even lie to the family members denied the right to say goodbye to their loved one. Tell them "your sister sent you a bunch of texts" ( the truth 2 texts on Facebook Messenger not even directly to me or mentioning my mom) and they had to cremate her she wasn't embalmed. Jon will do this for you in 24 hours. The negligence and carelessness of this funeral home is inexcusable. I can't decide if they are intentionally or incompetently unethical. Nepotism will only get you so far in life. Morals, character and work ethic will get you further.

With that in mind, we just had to pick and choose what to do with his reserved funds. At which time my husband made mention that he wanted to make sure everyone at the church that volunteers their time would be compensated because they're often overlooked. We were assured that EVERYONE would be taken care of. For the most part everything went smoothly and then I was informed some weeks later that the people who provided the luncheon weren't compensated. When I called to discuss it with them, I was told to expect a call back which was never received. I finally reached the person a week or 2 later and was told we didn't specify that they needed compensation. I advise that it was specifically mentioned in our meeting but he seemed to not believe me because he kept repeating that if i had told them to they would have paid. In the end i just basically got a "oh well, sorry" and I had to fork out another $200 so they could get paid. Also, I wasn't real happy in the flowers we bought from them. For $500 I expected a lot more
