Kristen had excellent communication skills and made sure I understood everything that would take place upon my family member passing. Kristen always answered all calls and emails promptly. Even during this stressful time he made sure all of my request were completed. He went above and beyond in all aspects of planning the service, and setting up the day of the service. They told us they'd call the next day to finalize the bill. They didn't. They completely jacked up my grandmother's slide show. When we expressed our concern, they were complacent. The service felt cookie cutter, and didn't feel like it was what my grandmother wanted. She created all of her own funeral plans 25 years ago and created her pre-need arrangements. Back then, the funeral home was in Eaton and felt very personal. Now at the time of her death, it feels like a corporate "rush 'em in, rush 'em out." They even was $500 to steam her service to our family who couldn't attend. It felt like we had an intern setting all her arrangements. The only nice thing I can say is that their facility was nice, but that doesn't make up for their lax approach to our family. If I could do 0 out of 5 stars, I would!
