My father passed away a few weeks ago (he was 93 years old) and had preplanned his arrangements a few years back. He was a wonderful man and wanted to insure his wishes were carried out. I just wanted to thank Howe for the great care they took with his arrangements. They were absolutely wonderful and answered all of our questions and took the utmost care in all their work. We were told to call mortuary by friend. When we called we were told we needed to sign papers to release remains to friend. Questions were asked as to parents names. No question as to whether we wanted any ashes or not. Several days went by before paperwork arrived via email. After his cremation we asked for 3 death certificates to be sent to us priority mail as we were leaving for Colorado the next week. We were willing to pay for it. When we called to check we were told they were mailed on Fri. As we watched for their arrival we were worried they were lost. When we asked for the tracking number Receptionist said it wasn't readily available. When they finally arrived I found they were sent regular mail which can take 1 week or more. I am very dissatisfied with their service . On top of it the death certificate is inaccurate.
