Pros : Cheap A lot of seats Good amount of time Nice calming music Interesting way of soaking feet and doing sitting up back massage Cons: Workers value sleep over work No A/C Have some way to translate when working with other clients Be gentle when moving patients legs arms and head Cleanliness routine could be better (ie: foot soak can be disposed of last so not touching foot water then a clients face) ((OR just be ready for this kind of treatment. Rough when and where they want to. )) I wasn't too sure about how this experience would go pulling into the lot. The elevator wasn't too safe looking so we took the stairs which had a urine stench - but yet, I continued upward and onward. Upon getting to the door I had higher hopes. I opened the door and there was the on who delighted tasks waking up the man who also fell asleep on my massage ( what felt like at least twice) - anyway they just ask you to pick what massage combo you want from list. For us: sat us down, threw my moms jacket to the back table bc it was sitting next to her, got us feet warm water in bucket , then set up Pillows on our laps to lean on while they do a back massage. (Just pressed his elbow into my back , no rocking motion and I think he was sleep) This for me was very firm and almost uncomfortable. But I thought he'd be this firm on my feet. Next take water away, lay us down , do a fast head neck massage , do arm hand massage. This was okay but very soft pressure. Then feet massage (when I got a video of him sleeping) I got the worst employee picked for me. I showed there manager guy that he fell asleep. He wasn't surprised or offering any apologies or compensation. I won't be back.

Don't let appearances deceive you. The corner of La Brea & Sunset isn't the poshest neighborhood, but this spacious establishment located on the 2nd floor of a fading strip center is actually a good spot. You have the options of taking the stairs or a sketchy elevator only a serial killer could love. I paid $50 + Tip for a 60-minute Foot Reflexology in the open area main room. This is about $20 more than I pay for a similar experience back home in Houston, TX. After a relaxing, warm foot bath I settled in for a thorough foot and leg massage -- with the perfect pressure. I've never had so much focused attention on my toes! Apparently my calf muscles were really tight too. If you're a tourist weary from sightseeing or a local looking for a good spot to relax - check them out! Bonus: there's a Starbuck's and a really good little spot Thai restaurant called WeHo located across the street.

No fuzz, effective massage one would love for a much needed muscle healing. They really are an expert at removing knots. That said, there will be pain points that you have to endure to get rid of those suckers but it is worth it. Their years of experience can be felt particularly on how they transition from one technique to another-- so seamless. The place was clean and I felt safe the whole time.

3.5 stars extra for a clean, tidy interior. Rounded up. Nice to see a Chinese foot spa pop up near my hood - and with that you get the competitive pricing. It's a pretty large place with ~20 seats, but when I went one sunny weekend it wasn't too busy. Don't be put off by the store frontage or unappealing strip mall setting. My guy did a pretty good job - started with soaking feet, back massage and then the reflexology. Wear loose legged pants so you can roll them up comfortably. I'd go back, but I tend to find I can get to all the aches better than paying someone, but this Living Social deal was a good way to try something new.

I've always seen this place but never tried it out and I'm so so glad I came here. I was able to walk in without an appointment. The receptionist asked me what kind of massage I was looking for and they have a lot to choose from I don't really know what each one is because I'm a bit of a novice but I let her know my problem areas and she recommended I do a "combination." I'm so glad I took her advice. It's so serene inside and there are many rooms. I let my masseuse know about my problem areas and she went to work. I felt my muscles crunching and the tension being released as she massaged me. I've been going to lagree a lot and locked in on working out a lot for my wedding I really never took the time to take care of myself and my body. This place truly is what I needed and I really recommend you give yourself this wellness. My masseuse even found other parts of my body that were sore like my forearm, my quads and my calves. I usually go for a lighter massage but this time I think I really needed the extra pressure. She even cracked my back in multiple places and stretched me out reminding me that I need to stretch myself out more. I'm extremely happy with my service. After the massage you can get some water or tea as well. For $65... they really take care of you here. Tip them a bit extra here because they really really put in work. You can tell they put in a lot of thought with the level of detail in their massages. I cannot wait to come back!!

I've had a lot of massages over the years, so I don't say this lightly: my massage at Massage Company in West Hollywood was hands-down the best massage I have ever had in my life. From beginning to end, the experience was phenomenal. The therapist seemed to instinctively know exactly where I was holding tension and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Every movement felt intentional, skilled, and incredibly therapeutic. I walked in feeling tight, tired, and sore, and walked out feeling like an entirely different person. What really impressed me was that this wasn't simply a relaxing massage--it was the kind of massage where you can immediately tell you are in the hands of someone who truly understands the body and knows how to address problem areas without making the experience uncomfortable. I rarely write reviews this enthusiastically, but this one is absolutely deserved. If I lived in Los Angeles, I would be a regular without question. In fact, Massage Company has now set the bar for every massage I have from this point forward. Absolutely exceptional. 10/10. If you're in West Hollywood and looking for an incredible massage, book here. You will not regret it!
