She pays attention to the smallest details and corrects your form. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you can find parking in the lot, it's usually busy. If you're looking for a welcoming, yet challenging Pilates class, I highly recommend :)

I'm in love with this place! Granted it's the first time I've ever done Pilates in a building…read morebesides myself at home years ago. This is too good to stop coming. First off, there's 3 locations I have picked hillcrest because I love the shopping center which is next to my favorite places (Miniso and Trader Joe's and Handels ice cream). Parking lot is big! I usually come early so no issues there but maybe if you come at a busy time such as after 3pm might be busier. I did the intro 4 classss for new clients for about $90 I think. Classes are 45 mins and start exactly at the time. And the classes are sooo good! Each time I've had different instructors and every instructor I've had have been amazing. It's awesome because every class is different and you can always modify the moves to your own fitness level. I am postpartum so this is actually the first time I started working out after having my baby and it makes me feel so good. I have to thank my man for paying for my classes. They are a little bit expensive. But for me, this is worth it. It's my me time now and a fit mom is just an overall better mom lol. I feel like the amount of time the workout class is, is perfect it really makes me push myself. It's very clean in here and I love the aesthetic. It's so good. The reformers are also really nice and I definitely feel so toned after each workout even days later. I definitely want to try a new location just to see how the vibes are but this location is the one I found with the best ratings, if not just the class but the actual friendliness and helpfulness of the instructors which is why I came here. Even tho it's slightly more expensive. I miss being away and cannot wait to come back! Love this and can't believe I didn't try this sooner!

Just wrapped up my second visit to SALTVAULT Hot Pilates and I'm officially hooked! This place has…read moresuch an amazing vibe--the infrared heat, the pumping music, and the overall energy make every class feel like a fun escape rather than a workout grind. As a total Pilates newbie, I started with the Savor class (the heated one with those HIIT-style intervals) and loved how it pushed me while still focusing on controlled movements and core strength. The heat (around 85-105°F) gets you sweating in the best way possible--it really helps you flow and deepen into the poses. Today I tried Zest, their non-heated option, and it was just as challenging and enjoyable but in a different way--still super effective without the extra sweat factor. The instructors are great at guiding beginners like me, the classes are musically driven which keeps everything moving seamlessly, and the whole studio just feels welcoming and motivating. Never thought I'd be this into Pilates, but SALTVAULT has me excited to keep coming back and trying more formats. Highly recommend--whether you're new or seasoned, this spot delivers! Can't wait for my next class

I bought a membership here under the impression that I would get a good workout which I do get, however I've gone like three times a week to four times a week and I've noticed all the workouts are literally exactly the same blueprints which kind of annoys me so if it's different Instructor, obviously they're trained by the same person so it's like squat squats plank, you know, bouncing climbers then back it's literally the actual same regime with a different Instructor every other day. I just wish you know you use a block or a band or heavier, weights, or just change it up because why am I gonna do the same workout four times a week with a different Instructor but the same workout it makes no sense. I kind of want to revoke my membership. That's constructive criticism. I want to be challenged so challenge me don't give me the same regime under a different Instructor. It makes no sense. I understand you're trained by the same person maybe however, change it up I mean I'm not sore and it's not challenging my muscles in a different way if it's the constant same thing I hope they take this criticism on board so they can change it because I need to change it. I'm gonna have to cancel my membership.

Booking through…read morethe website was easy, though the class was a bit on the pricier side, I paid $35, whereas I typically pay around $20-$28 per class in LA and San Diego. When I arrived, there wasn't much of a greeting or clear check-in process. The instructor seemed busy, so I ended up putting my things away before even checking in, which felt a little awkward. The studio has a wide variety of equipment, which is great, but there was a lot going on visually. Equipment and bins were spread throughout the space, making it slightly difficult to move between machines. I appreciate the variety, but better organization would really improve the flow of the room. The class itself was unique, with a mix of ages and genders, which I liked. The instructor was kind, asked about experience levels, and offered helpful modifications to either intensify or simplify movements. That said, there were moments where direction wasn't super clear, and some people (myself included) got a bit lost. The pillars in the middle of the room also made it hard at times to see demonstrations. Cleanliness was okay... the equipment didn't look dirty, but it didn't feel particularly clean either. For example, around the weight-changing areas, there was visible dust, hair, and debris. The area for shoes and bags also had a slight odor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The instructor and workout itself were good, but the small details (organization, cleanliness, and overall flow) made a difference. I'd probably try other studios before returning, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.

Taking the Pilates Traditional Reformation class under Cameron was wonderful and she kept us working! I love that there's a front desk here and there's several merchandise to look through even as a drop-in. Lockers can be used and are wide enough to fit plenty of items. Instructor uses a microphone headset and was pretty clear in her directions. Overall felt very great after class. They text you with specific directions on where to park. I was worried at first if I was parked wrong but it was absolutely handy and you can quite literally walk out from your car towards the mall and glance straight towards the studio. It specifically says to do the second story of the parking garage but parking on the first level works just as fine. *they don't validate parking for the UTC since class is only one hour and UTC offers 2 hours for free
