Sunset Beach Bar and Grill is a convenient location to the KOA where we stayed for a few days. Service was friendly and the sunset view was great. Dinks included rum punch and Kona beer. We had lunch a couple of times including hamburgers, soft pretzels, Greek salad and fish tacos, all were good. We also had the cheese and jalapeños fried shrimp, and Mac n cheese bites that were a bit bland. Overall we enjoyed our visits, especially the rum punch

Sunset Beach Bar & Grille delivers well on its limited menu. They also make a nice cocktail or two if you are ready for a drink to accompany you beach time. Overall, they get my recommendation. We were staying at Sunset Beach Resort and did not have a lot of time to explore the local area on our first day. Wanting something fairly quick, we walked down to the beach. I did enjoy the old Jackspot, so was somewhat disappointed to see that it had turned over to Sunset Beach Bar & Grille. However, once I walked in, I was happy to see they kept the menu tight to focus their execution. The bartender was quick to greet and patient as I looked over the menu and ordered some takeout. I came ahead of a rush and my food arrived (to-go) fairly quickly. I loved the cheese burger - it was a bit old school and tasted like what I used to make it the backyard. The fish tacos were meaty and delish. We both felt satisfied with our meals and would recommend - especially for those looking for a quick bite on the beach.

This place was great. The crab dip and fish fingers were delicious. Cory took excellent care of our party of 8. The restaurant is right on the beach the views are amazing, especially the sunset. We had 3 people in wheelchair and they were able to access the restaurant. The only problem with the ramp is at the entrance and that is NOT the restaurants fault but the KOA campgrounds. There is a place to rinse off and the water pools at that spot. Worth the minor inconvenience to go to the restaurant!

We had our wedding reception here last weekend and everything was amazing! Chrissy and Megan made sure the food was replenished and everything was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about the crab cakes, fish tacos and chicken salad. The soft pretzels were also a big hit!Rory kept us all hydrated as the drinks were flowing. It was an incredible day that was made that much better by the wonderful food and fabulous service. We were able to enjoy our time with our guests and not have to worry about anything else. If you're looking for a place with a beautiful view for a reception or other event, Sunset Beach Bar & Grille has it all!

Clam Strips were great, the sides were really good too I had Broccoli Casserole and Corn Pudding. Cornbread was very delicious. My buddy got a half rack of ribs which he let me try, wow I was amazed. He is allergic to shellfish so, I was a little worried he would t order the right thing but the ribs were so good. The ribs have a zesty seasoning very meaty and fall right off the bone they were perfect. Stingrays is a classic old school spot, which hasn't changed in many years the focus is the food. That's what makes it great. Kinda feels like you're stepping back in time in there. Don't expect anything modern or trendy, just enjoy the food. They do have a bunch of cool taxidermied marine life on the walls which definitely fits their vibe. It's a good simple family dining spot, we had a very nice time.

My mom got an Egg, Bologna, and cheese sandwich and it was great! My son had an egg, scrapple, and cheese sandwich and that was great too! Daughter got sausage gravy and it was pretty good too! Bottom line, this place is not fine dining but if you like hidden breakfast gems like I do you will love this place. All the sandwiches looked good and they sold a lot! Quick service, we had ten folks and were served in under 10 minutes. The workers were great, friendly and very attentive.

The smell of smoke hits you as soon as you step out of the car--which is always a great sign. We were greeted and seated quickly, and our waitress was attentive from the start. She walked us through the highlights and shared a few of her personal favorites, which was a nice touch. We kicked things off with the Oyster Rockefeller. The oysters themselves were nearly perfect, though the dish leaned a bit salty. Still, a solid start. The crab soup was good as well--also slightly on the salty side, which could just come down to personal preference. Now to the burnt ends--one of my go-to orders anywhere. I'm happy to say these didn't disappoint. Like others have mentioned, the brisket was a touch dry but still impressively tender and full of flavor. The BBQ nachos were messy in the best way and packed with flavor--definitely a hit, especially with my son. As for the slaw, we were told it would be "wet," but it's actually on the drier side, so keep that in mind depending on your preference. Overall, a really enjoyable stop with good food and friendly service. We'd definitely come back again.
