I received my first tan May 19th $153.14. While it was coming off I realized did not like the way it was coming off leaving my skin blotchy I did not like their product. By that time June 3 they had taken out my next monthly payment. I called yesterday and asked if there was anything they can do to help with my payments. Because I had already frozen my account. They are not willing to do anything with what they charged me. I guess 1 spray tan there can cost you almost $200 and the result could be like my photo.

There will be at least one massage therapist in house when you arrive but again, this falls within the realm of things you often find in salons. A spa then, if we aren't referring to the mineral bath sort (and since its 2022 rather than 1922, we aren't) would have to cater to health/ weight loss/ beauty/ relaxation in a way that isn't done by other businesses. That's why you expect to see medical services at any beauty provider that calls themselves "spa". Otherwise, its just a salon advertising falsely. I asked the lady at the desk if the payments would stop automatically after those three months. She said, "Oh yeah, we're not just going to keep charging you." Well, they kept charging me for three additional months. I was told I would have to come in and cancel my contract (which I can't because I moved away). When I spoke to a manager, she told me they could only refund me for one month because June and July were "too far back." So now I'm out nearly $50 because their employee lied.
