I am extremely annoyed here. I went in and got a package for spray tan. The lady at the counter was…read moreso nice and talked me into all these great things. I received my first tan May 19th $153.14. While it was coming off I realized did not like the way it was coming off leaving my skin blotchy I did not like their product. By that time June 3 they had taken out my next monthly payment. I called yesterday and asked if there was anything they can do to help with my payments. Because I had already frozen my account. They are not willing to do anything with what they charged me. I guess 1 spray tan there can cost you almost $200 and the result could be like my photo.

The word "spa" has meaning. It doesn't mean salon. And though this place is slightly more than a…read morestandard salon- there is a menu of facials to choose from, that is it. There will be at least one massage therapist in house when you arrive but again, this falls within the realm of things you often find in salons. A spa then, if we aren't referring to the mineral bath sort (and since its 2022 rather than 1922, we aren't) would have to cater to health/ weight loss/ beauty/ relaxation in a way that isn't done by other businesses. That's why you expect to see medical services at any beauty provider that calls themselves "spa". Otherwise, its just a salon advertising falsely. So with that, I'm taking back this business' use of the label "SPA".

Beautiful spa, but unfortunately I will never go back…read more I started with a body wrap. I've had these before, so I knew what to expect, but the first thing the provider said to me was, "I hope you brought a swimsuit." That felt odd -- what if I hadn't? She then left me on the table to gather supplies. That time came directly out of my session, so my "50-minute service" ended up being closer to 30- minutes. On top of that I was cold the entire time. Next, I had a facial. It mostly consisted of my face being washed several times, then a mask applied. After that, the provider left the room for about 20 minutes, and I was extremely frustrated because nothing was happening. I even considered getting up and leaving. When I voiced my concerns to the receptionist afterward, her only suggestion was that I try a massage instead. I booked a massage and requested a face and head massage, but it seemed like no one there had ever done that before. The massage felt unskilled -- honestly like a three-year-old was doing it. It was so bad and extremely disappointing. Overall, the services were very expensive for the little service you actually receive, and what was meant to be a relaxing birthday treat turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
