I am extremely annoyed here. I went in and got a package for spray tan. The lady at the counter was so nice and talked me into all these great things. I received my first tan May 19th $153.14. While it was coming off I realized did not like the way it was coming off leaving my skin blotchy I did not like their product. By that time June 3 they had taken out my next monthly payment. I called yesterday and asked if there was anything they can do to help with my payments. Because I had already frozen my account. They are not willing to do anything with what they charged me. I guess 1 spray tan there can cost you almost $200 and the result could be like my photo. read more

Before heading to Florida last year I was talked into buying 5 sessions because they never expire, or so I was told. I used two sessions. I came back a year later to use up the remaining 3 I paid for. I was told that they expired and that I could buy 3 more for $44.99 and that was all she could do from her end. One star because they rope you in to a membership and then if you suspend your account they charge you $6 a month which they say will be applied to your balance the next time you reinstate your membership. This was not made clear at the time I was suspending my account. They made it seem like I would get "free" points to use towards my account the next time I signed up. Also, every single time I went to tan one of the persons behind the counter tried to sell me lotion. They would go into this ridiculous sales pitch. Even after I had just bought some at my last visit! It was so annoying! The beds are fine. It will get you tan, but I'm never going back because of the trickery and "used car salesman" sales pitches I had to endure every visit. read more

After over a month ago going to this location to get a spray tan I find a charge on my debit card for a membership I never signed up for ended up having to contact the Fargo Police Department after the far worse than poor response from the assistant manager and the manager of this location the officer was able to finally get across the point that I did not give permission nor request any type of membership from This business The rude behavior of the management of this establishment put me in a position where I had to file a complaint with the federal trade commission and of the Better Business Bureau I do not suggest anyone uses this tanning company we have Sunseekers and Suntana who are both very reputable and do not make charges on anyone's accounts without prior authorization hopefully this yelp review will prevent any others from suffering any undue stress due to someone creating accounts without permission in future! I went to get a spray tan due to a being in a wedding, I was informed I had to be 18 or with parents consent. My mom was going to leave work and come give Consent and do the paper work. She then told me that because I don't have the same last name as my mom she would not be tanning me. I also don't live with my mom and live with my dad out of town so the address is different but, my sister was with we have the same last name and she had the same address as my mom. I do not do reviews, but after dealing with these people I knew I had to. First time I visited the salon in Oct I was wanting to check out the place and had a coupon for a free tan. The sales pitch was completely high pressure, and I had signed a contract for an $80 package. The bed shut off after 2-3 minutes (I requested 5) and when I complained they said the bed was on the entire time. The fans ran, but the bulbs were not on. Regardless it was a bad experience. I went home very angry. 2 weeks later (beginning of Nov), I still hadn't returned so I filled out an online form from the company website. A "manager" called me back trying to keep my business, I said that I had found another place to tan and I just wanted my money back. She said that they normally give store credit and she'd have to talk to her manager to see about a refund. I told her I was not happy and didn't want store credit and it did not say anything about store credit on the website. She never called back. I noticed that I was again charged on my Dec credit card statement so I called again. after 3 20 minute phone conversations, they agreed to refund one month of $78, but still charging me $105.73 for the (1) 2 minutes session I actually received.
