I received my first tan May 19th $153.14. While it was coming off I realized did not like the way it was coming off leaving my skin blotchy I did not like their product. By that time June 3 they had taken out my next monthly payment. I called yesterday and asked if there was anything they can do to help with my payments. Because I had already frozen my account. They are not willing to do anything with what they charged me. I guess 1 spray tan there can cost you almost $200 and the result could be like my photo.

Do not trust them with your credit card info. They also will charge you until you come in an cancel, no matter what type of package they tell you're signing up for. - They make you write down credit card numbers on a piece of paper that they store "securely". It was not secure. Mine got "lost", which I was only told about after I went in to ask for the paper so that I could personally shred it. Conveniently, the manager at another location found my paper after I left the store - somehow my paper with credit card #'s had traveled all the way to another city. - After the missing info debacle, I cancelled my sunseekers account. I also changed my credit card numbers because I knew it wasn't safe. They STILL *somehow* found a way to charge my bank account after I had already cancelled my account (and yes, I will be following up with my bank as well). They stopped charging me for a few months and then the recurring charge mysteriously showed up again, leading me to believe my credit card info did not in fact get destroyed at the other location as I was "promised". - Thirdly, they are not fair in how they promote their "packages". They tell you that you are signing up for a 3-month, 6-month, etc. package. One would expect that the payments would end after your 3 months, but in the fine print it tells you they will continue to charge you month after month unless you come in and cancel your account. Convenient for them, confusing and misleading to customers. Find a tanning salon that is trustworthy and has 21st century payment technology.
