The store is big, with three different entrances, each taking you into a separate portion of the store but still connecting you to the entire shop. One portion is shoes, and the other two are dedicated to clothing and accessories of differing brands. We stopped by to browse and started with the shoes but decided against spending $70 on a pair of flip flops. We ventured into the clothing areas and found the pricing a bit high for all things from shirts to hats, shorts to coolers. They had a small glasses display with Ray-Ban's, but again they were priced slightly higher than the website, and since I did not need them immediately, I passed. My nephew did purchase a hat, which I supported. The hats were in wide variety from colors to design, so I appreciated the purchase. Service was a bit lacking. We were in the store for well over 20 minutes and I was not spoken to one time by an Associate. Overall, Hy's Toggery is quintessential PCB vibes and a good spot to wander around in when visiting Pier Park. Disappointed in the service, or lack thereof. This combined with prices being a bit higher than retail make it a hard sell to scoop up goods from. But, with that, the quality is there. So, give and take.

A lot of stuff in here happens to be less than perfect souvenirs, or overstock souvenirs. Not just from PCB though- from all over the country which I found very neat! Plus, if you buy (I think it was 10 items) you get one or two for free! Best believe it's really easy to buy more than 10 items! They had keychains, magnets, picture frames, jewelry, shot glasses, mugs, seashells, hats, shoes, and really anything you can think of. I loved this store so much and it's one of the things I'm looking forward to on my next trip to Panama City. Don't forget- it's cash only!

I think it must be bad items from salvage companies that sell pieces at a discount of 10 cents on the dollar, so if they can make a dollar in cash on an item, that is pure margin. My wife did buy a t-shirt here and they had big cups here if you want one to drink beer on the beach. There is plenty of pro-Trump stuff here, and lots of ash trays. Do people really smoke much anymore? Maybe so. Nice people working there, but just not my cup of tea.

Both HD stores in PCB have the same owner. We found out the store usually has one HD motorcycle at the store and they recently sold the Iron 883 Sportster. The young lady working behind the counter was engaging and professional. We were in PCB for Thunder Beach Fall Rally and stopped in for a few minutes. We found the store had their own bike-rally shirt design and it was stunning. They had a few shirts left - but sadly none were in my size! I can't wait to come back the next time we are in PCB.

When our young son accidentally dropped a small, cheaply made item, the woman working there (an older lady) was incredibly rude and insisted we pay $4 for something that was obviously worth a fraction of that. Instead of treating us with any understanding or basic courtesy, she acted as though we were a burden.
