If I could give them no stars, I would. Disgusted by their customer service, I went in with my two small children and let them each pick $20 worth of items. My son got two $10 items. When we got to the checkout counter, I noticed the math wasn't adding up for what we bought, I mentioned it to the cashier to which she told me that one of the items my son pick was actually $25. I said oh OK no problem. Could you please take it off And I will put it back on Said $10, I no longer want it. She started speaking Spanish and voided The transaction. Then extremely rude Told me to be sure this time that I'm only getting what I want and she's not going To avoid another transaction. I said OK, I don't know why you're being so rude I'm not buying something for $25 when the box said 10 So I just simply asked you to take it off. She rings me up for my items and says " Have a good day....bitch" if my children aren't with me, I would've said a whole lot more. Do not Give these people your business they don't give a shit about you just being lazy and nasty read more

Very clean and organized store. Different type merchandise than Alvin's. I preferred Sunsations. Bathroom available for shoppers. ​

So many maskless customers. So many people in the store, no reduction in capacity. Signs were up but no one in the store reminded people to put masks on. The pandemic is not over, cases are still on the rise. So shameful that people care so little about their fellow human. I will not be returning. read more

This is the only beach store I found that sold rash guards/swim shirts. I went in multiple stores and they all looked at me funny when I asked if they had rash guards. One store even asked me if I meant playing cards. I understand there's no surfing in the Gulf but we want a rash guard to wear under a life jacket for paddle boarding and kayaking. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who just got back from the store. She was treated rudely by the manager (or maybe it was the owner) after she recognized that one of the items she bought was scanned twice. She thought it had happened while checking out but she didn't review the receipt until she got to her car in the parking lot. When she came back in a moment later, the manager (or owner) refused to even discuss the situation and shooed her out of the store. She had noticed him treating his employees disrespectfully earlier in the trip too. Not surprising to see other Yelp reviews with similar experiences, particularly on chiseling people's money. Disappointing because my parents just moved here and it was her first trip to the store. Sad! read more

Rude salesperson.Its covid. Daughter in dressing room. Female employee came to "stand guard" 6 ft away so there was no room for me . I told her we were all set. Said she had to be there. I said I'd like you to back up. She was rude. I said I want you to back up ,you are too close. She wouldn't move. I told my daughter i was going to car and told the employee that I would shop there but she was rude and inappropriate .She started speaking in Spanish loudly. I have to say the owner is one of the friendliest people I have met since being on Marco Island. I bought a bathing suit here yesterday only to return to my hotel to put it on to go out to the beach and my husband spotted 2 cuts in the back. I couldn't have seen these when I tried it on in the store so I drove back to the store to ask to exchange it. The ladies working graciously allowed me to exchange the top. I go back to our room put the bathing suit back on only to notice the top I just got and the bottoms were two different colors of blue AND the top was missing padding. I waited until today to try and return the bathing suit because I was told the owner would be at the store today. I entered the store asking for the owner. I explained my story and she apologized and ask me if I would like to exchange it for a different color. I explained it was the last one in my size and she said allow me to give you a refund, which is not their policy. I also offered her the 2 free t-shirts they had given me (one because of my purchase amount and the other because of my exchange hassle yesterday). The owner told me to keep the t-shirts because my honesty was so refreshing. I thanked her repeatedly for allowing me to return the bathing suit and for allowing me to keep the t-shirts. 4 stars since the bathing suit quality was iffy but 5 stars for the service. read more

The sales staff were very helpful however, we learned a valuable lesson. We bought three sweatshirts and two stickers. I thought that I was charged for three stickers instead of two and noticed the extra charge on my receipt when I got to the car. I went back inside to let the clerk who checked us out know and she said the extra was for putting the small decal on the front of the shirt. So if you see a design that has both a smaller one and a larger one together and they offer to put both on your garment note that you'll pay extra for it. read more

Very pleased, second trip in the store this week. Bought a nice pair of swim trunks yesterday and a few noodles and drink Koozie's today. Nadia was very polite and helpful. This used to be a favorite beach store of mine. Not sure what happened. No more sketchers! At least not the selection they used to have. This store robbed us for 24.99! IF YOU SHOP AT THIS STORE PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. I purchased 2 sweatshirts and a keychain, my husband purchased a t shirt and a sweatshirt. (Total of 5 items)... when we checked out, the total came to $162.91. As we were about to walk out my husband thought that was a little high so we checked the receipt. Turns out they charged us only 25 percent off of my sweatshirt when it was supposed to be 50 percent off. So the lady the was helping us the entire time we were in there, fixed that and gave us back $12.50. After that the store was getting ready to close so we left. When we got home we both still thought the price was too high for what we bought, so we checked the receipt again, and it turns out they rang up my husbands sweatshirt (24.99) twice. We werent able to go back that night because they closed so we went back the next day and the same lady that helped us the night before was there. I breathed a sigh a relief thinking that she would remember our transaction seeing how she helped us for over an hour and we spent over a hundred dollars just the night before.... But no.... we tried to explain to her what happened. And she wouldnt hear us out. She kept trying to make sense of the receipt that didnt make sense at all. At one point she offered us $5 back, then she offered us a free t shirt, but we just wanted our 24.99 back. Or at least a sweatshirt that was worth 24.99! After slot of argueing back and forth she then tried saying we must've left a shirt at home because "we had 6 items last night" I am 100 percent damn sure we did not purchase a 6th item. I looked over the receipt and counted our items multiple times. I matched each item to the receipt. We did not purchase a 6th item. But she would not believe us. So we left. It's not even the money that matters, it's the principal. This is how they treat their customers! They refused to admit they were wrong and they had the nerve to call us liars. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank. And I will never do business with them again. read more

This place completely blows. We arrived Saturday night at 845pm to grab a quick item. The store's posted hours were til 9pm. Front door is locked. Woman comes to door and tells us they are closed. When I pointed to the open sign right above her head, she says, oh we closed 10 minutes early. Uh, no, it's 15 minutes. She's 2 feet in front of me and I'm talking to this woman through their closed glass front door. Really? What a rude person, talk about crappy Customer service!! Picked this souvenir place because they will custom make your shirt - any decal they have on any plain shirt they have. And they have a ton of each. BUT, make sure you know ahead of time how much your total cost should be, as the lady may or may not be trying to clear some extra profits by over-charging. When the lady said my total, it sounded high, but by the time I called it into question, she had already processed the transaction (but I hadn't signed the receipt). After no small amount of protest on her part that the total was correct, she decided that she had made a mistake by charging us for two mugs instead of one. She was REALLY reluctant to cancel the transaction or do a refund, first encouraging me to just get another mug, and when I wouldn't do that, offering me any T-shirt I wanted at no additional cost. Finally, she gave in and processed a refund, and only after I had that receipt, did I sign the one for the original transaction. She also was a little strange to deal with. For example, she felt it necessary to lightly punch my arm and my son's arm repeatedly; she seemed to mean them in fun, but my arm was sore for a few minutes. read more

I bought 2 tank tops & had logo's pressed on the front of both. The young girl did not separate the fabric when she was pressing them, which cause the ink to bleed to the back of the shirts! I have called the store numerous times as I am back home... And nobody ever answers the phone! I've Emailed their head office, and supposedly it was forwarded to the general manager of the Marco Island store. Absolutely no response!! These were souvenirs for my kids, I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service and lack of caring!! I will never shop there again nor will I recommend them!! read more

Has everything you need regarding beach wear. However the inventory is smaller than other shops. It was clean and the staff was nice.

Nice selection of quality items. The staff here went out of their way to be helpful! They were so nice. The store was very close to our condo, so it was a fun afternoon of shopping within walking distance. read more
