Both doors were prehung and are in solid. They were also kind enough to change out some dated outlets badly in need of changing. I ASKED MORE THAN ONCE FOR AN ESTIMATE and all "K" kept saying was "you will be very happy with the price I promise." I was a widow all of 2 months and disabled and they knew this but took advantage anyway. Yesterday I sent "K" pics showing the front door (no exterior handle, mind you, and just a hook lock!) and asked him to replace the crap door his people chose and installed improperly and gave them 2 weeks to right their (they didnt even measure the door!) and he did not reply so this company of cowboys do NOT back their work. Photos showing ALL the problems with his work will follow. UNLICENSED AS WELL except for the "M" in the company who is supposedly a 'master electrician'. Being personable is never a substitute for solid work. RUN!!!

My experience with Daniel Meredith Plumbing was frustrating from start to finish. What started as a…read moresimple toilet repair turned into a nightmare of delays, excuses, and high costs. They were hired to replace just two basic parts in my toilet tank (a flapper and another component). This straightforward job stretched from December 3rd to December 17th - over two weeks! There were constant setbacks: one day their truck was in for service, another day a family emergency, and on one visit they showed up with the wrong flapper and had to run to Home Depot. When they finally completed it, they arrived without their serviced truck. They charged $300 for this minor repair, which seemed excessively high given the errors and time wasted. They also quoted $2,650 to replace a kitchen drain pipe - an outrageously inflated price in my opinion. To top it off, they were scheduled for additional work last Friday but no-called, no-showed with no communication whatsoever. The real kicker: They advertise as "fully licensed," but their California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license #1054546 expired on May 31, 2025. As of now (late 2025), it appears inactive/expired, meaning they shouldn't legally be performing contracted plumbing work over $500.Overall, the unreliability, poor communication, sky-high pricing, and questionable licensing status make this company one to avoid. I regret hiring them and won't be returning. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I went with Zeb's plumbing(Licensed) instead and they repaired my electric tankless water heater just by cleaning it and installed a king water softener system for me! Had a handyman convert the drain pipe to run outside like the dishwasher for 600$

He was very patient, and had no problem talking to me about my concerns. I never felt like I was wasting his time. He helped us pick a perfect location for our panels, (we live on 2 acres). Our average utility bill for the year showed we needed x amount of panels. Cory talked to us about adding 2 more for the reason of over producing, and changing some of our utilities to electric down the road to save on our propane usage. Plus being able to run our AC more than what we do now. Best Idea ever. Can't thank him enough for the knowledge he shared with us. His work quality is outstanding! One of the few individuals out there that recognize his name and reputation is reflected by his work. When something wasn't right, he fixed it. Usually I never knew, because he did such an amazing job to start with. He made sure we were happy with everything along the way, no mess was ever left, and my place looked better than when they started!
