V'S gave us an accurate picture of what to expect as well as an accurate estimation of timelines-including potential variables that are always going to be beyond any company's control (cities and power companies permits). V'S contract is not some complicated maze of unclear gibberish that would require expert decoding by attorneys. I checked their State License 999458 and no issues at all. The installation crew was timely, well mannered, clean, well skilled and did everything we were told they would do and then some. We've had our system online for two years now, are in the middle of winter, have had several cloudy days yet my electric bill has dropped 109% so come spring, summer and fall, we are going to be even more thrilled. No one responds to our emails or phone calls anymore. I will be filing a complaint with BBB if our project remains incomplete and we do not hear back from the project manager and/or team. Key issues: 1. **Delays & Poor Communication**: The installation started on July 16, 2024, but delays continued, especially with the EV charger, which was only installed on August 23, 2024. After a final inspection on October 3, 2024, I was given no updates, despite my follow-ups. On October 15, I learned that we failed the inspection due to an incomplete roof layout. Revised plans were supposed to be submitted, but as of November 19, no progress had been made. The city and fire department confirmed Solar 360 hadn't contacted them since early October. 2. **Misleading Information**: I was assured no lien would be placed on my property, but despite receiving documentation saying the lien was removed, my bank discovered it was still active. This was only resolved when the bank intervened. This project, promised to take three months, is now over six months in and still incomplete. The lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and concerned about the future of this project and any warranty support.

What followed: ignored calls, unanswered emails, empty apologies from management, and promises of "personal follow‑up" that never happened. Ultimately, they blamed the lease holder and walked away citing their contract for repair had been pulled. (no kidding after 10 months of having it in your lap without ANY end in sight). The plant tour was impressive and I was sold. Bought a fairly large solar system to accommodate my two air conditioners, and looking forward to completely eliminate the SCE expensive monthly bills. I need to continue and discuss the actual construction of the solar system. The job went very smoothly and the electrical lines were placed inside my attic, which was very difficult to get from one end of the roof to the other side of the house to meet with the major electrical panel. They took care of everything, including communicating with SCE, set up the appointment to attach a sleeve, ( yes, they even paid for that) for the solar system and several other issues that come along regarding installation. I will also mention that each time I had a question, I was immediately given a response. A number of times I emailed the General Manager, ( Eli Edwards) on Weekends, Yes even Sunday, and received an answer each time, and did not expect a response until Monday. Michael squeezed me in for the same day and troubleshooted everything until he figured out that when Tesla installed our new solar system, they did not install the new breaker correctly; and the breaker was literally melting inside the panel, causing it to spark and short.
