They pick me up at my door and deliver me to my destination. I'm disabled so I couldn't walk to a bus stop if I tried. Driver's Bill and Justin made the ride that much better. They knew who I was and called me by name, they were cheerful, kind, helpful and just contributed to me having and enjoying my day. Thank you PRT!!!

Normally PRT is great. They pick up our residents for work and doctors' appointments. But today…read morethey dropped the ball. I called a week in advance to schedule a bus to take our assisted living residents to the theater to actually go have some fun. Which happens very seldom for them. I was told by the PRT staff that I would need to call a day before the trip so they could schedule the bus. I then called the day before, like I was told, and I was then told that all trips have to be scheduled by 4pm. I had called them at 4:45pm. The PRT staff then told me that she would go ahead and make an exception this time. I rounded 15 of my residents up the next day to go to the theater. This is a very difficult task in itself. The bus never came. I called PRT and they said they had tried to call me earlier to tell me that they couldn't come with the last minute notice I had given them. I then got irritated and told him that I did call a week in advance, and I was told to call the day before to schedule the ride! Which I did. They did not tell me to call by 4pm. He did not care and showed no empathy. In general, every time I call to schedule a ride for a senior for a doctors appointment, I personally always get "a tone" that's not nice. I don't know if they find the seniors annoying or what but it's not good. Do better PRT. Please care about these poor seniors just trying to survive in this economy that we live in.

Drove out from Las Vegas! My wife found this awesome RV campground!! This place is awesome!!!!!…read more They have pull through and back in spaces available. There's plenty of shade at almost all the spots. They have a gift shop/restaurant there. We never checked it out due to me being high risk because of my health. But it looked cool from outside. At that shop you can blow up your rafts too. They must have a compressor outside. The RV sites have FULL HOOKUPS(water, electricity, sewer) . Almost all sites have trees and grass that overlooks the beautiful lake. Your practically on the water. There's also a park to next to the RV sites. The park has a swing set and 3 horseshoe pits. My son really enjoyed that park. The water is kinda chilly but in summer heat it does feel good. They also sell FIREWOOD there too. $5 a bundle. There's also a free shower there and washer and dryer. Bring quarters because they don't have enough to spare for washing. Fishing : they have great fishing there. I didn't get a chance to fish because the way Idaho does there fishing license sucks. It's $18 initial fee and then $5 per day extra. Idaho expects you to say at time of purchase how many days your going to fish for. If you don't say exactly how many days your fishing then you have to pay another $18. I couldn't figure out my fishing schedule because it rained quite a bit when we were there so I would have just wasted my money. BUT I know fishing is good there because I watched people off shore fish and kayak fish and they were catching bass right in front of me with lures. Staff: the campsite host was name Jason. He's a really cool guy with a ZZ Top style beard . He was very professional and helpful. He knew I was high risk health wise and he respected my wishes to social distance every time . As a matter of fact he also helped me go to there gift shop a few times for purchases and got my amazon mail that I had delivered there and he brought everything to my trailer. Jason went out of his way to help us. We truly appreciated him. His son also helps out around the camp. He was super friendly and helpful also. I forget his sons name though. Sorry. Chris who I think is the owner there is also super friendly and helpful too. He was very professional and takes pride in his park . Thanks for everything guys!! You guys definitely made it very relaxing for us to stay there!!! My advice: bring plenty of mosquito spray! You will NEED it! And be careful of walking in the grass bare foot. I think I got hit by a blister beetle there. I got 4 HUGE blisters from either a allergic reaction to mosquitoes or it was a blister bug. We definitely HIGHLY recommend this RV campground and will definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!

From the Brussels sprouts starter... wow probably the best we've had. The main entrees of lobster pasta and filet mignon that melted with every bite, and the crisp fresh vegetables on the side... holy Hannah! Then Cesar shocked us with some smoked old fashions that completely exceeded expectations... it is a baked Alaska for beverages. Even the next morning we had a voucher for breakfast...the spinach tomato quiche, made in house, was so damn delicious. We assume it's made by the same chef. We thought we were just headed to your average hotel restaurant, we were very wrong. The only thing that I would say we struggled with was the damn mattress.
