My icemaker was not working. Brandon came out and said I needed a new one. He would order one for me and get back with me Monday or Tuesday. Well a week and a half went by. I called the office left a message. No callback call the office again. Left a message. No call back. Finally got a hold of office staff who only does appointments. Told me icemaker was on back order. so a month is gone by. I went to VIP appliance in Greeley and they had an icemaker so I purchased it and brought it home. YouTube how to Replace it. My technician was personable, respectful, clean, and best of all both knowledgeable and tenacious in resolving what turned out to be a puzzling issue (I'd worked on the problem and ran out of answers. The home warranty program we have assigned Sunrise to fix our dryer when it stopped working. I'm glad they did! Cody C came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. While in our home, he ordered the parts he needed to make the repair, and he had them shipped directly to us. When they arrived, we called Sunshine and made an appointment for Cody to return. If I could give zero stars I could!! Absolutely the WORST customer service we have ever delt with. After almost 2 weeks of leaving multiple voice-mails a day just looking to see when our order will be in (just answer the question) we had to leave a request on their website essentially "being a new customer" to finally receive a call within minutes back!! The receptionist Ellen called from what seemed like her home with horrible reception and roosters in the background making it almost impossible to hear her. I would say the tech that came to the house was great and I'm sorry he has to deal with being in the middle. Had an electric range oven that burned up a wire. Spent $119 on a service call just for the dude to cut off the burnt piece and reattach the wire. Needless to say that didn't actually fix the cause of the problem so the exact same thing happened again less than 3 months later and I called them for them to tell me that "sorry our work is only under warranty for 60-days" and I could spend another $119 for the same POS to come out and not fix my oven again. They misdiagnosed the problem with my LG washer, had to reorder parts, then blew out the front panel electronics (while I was watching) and blamed a completely unrelated part to the problem. They agreed to settle that out of the $600 I had already given them, they would keep $200 for diagnostic and follow up service calls. They claimed after several weeks that they would mail me a refund check then when I didn't receive it, they told me they mailed it and the check was cashed by someone with a different name and would reissue another check which after 6 months still have not received. I've emailed them multiple times and now they never respond. I got their name from LG when my washer needed service. I would never, ever, trust these people again to touch any appliance. We ultimately wound up purchasing a new machine and wrote of $600 to being screwed. read more

I was referred to this company by home depo protection plan. They called me a few day after submitting my claim. The date of service was for 2 days later between 12-3. I waited around all afternoon and they never showed. I attempted to call and Noone answered. I left a voice mail for a call back. The next day I called again and they had no excuse for the service. They rescheduled the appointment for that day between 1 and 4. I waited around no one came. When I called again for the lack of service they stated my claim was canceled and that's why they didn't come. I called the protection company and they said there was no problem on their end. Not to mention the lady that answers the phone is very rude and hung up on me by them end of the conversation. This company won't last long if they keep that up,do save yourself the call and fine someone else these guys are terrible. read more

I had been referred to Sunrise Repair by a friend/neighbor to have work done on my refrigerator. I placed a call to them at 970-888-0896 and got the voicemail advising that I should leave my name, address, phone number and a brief description of my problem. I did so (actually left contact info twice in the same message) on Tuesday, December 27. There was no indication on the voicemail that they were closed for the holidays or anything like that simply that they would call back as soon as possible. That was 48 hours ago and no call yet. I have called another local company and they will be here to fix the problem with my refrigerator tomorrow (Friday). My advice is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!!!! read more

My initial phone call was answered regarding an appointment to have someone look at my washing machine on June 30, 2023. 2 technicians arrived, by the name Jeremy and TJ the trainee and they determined that my drain pump isn't functioning and has to be changed. Jeremy called the office, to confirm that they do have the right pump in stock. I have paid the diagnostic fee at the initial appointment, got a receipt of $119.99. I was told this amount will be used towards the total labor and parts in the amount of $430. A return appointment was scheduled with the tech to replace the part for Monday July 3rd, 2023. On the day scheduled, I have called in the morning, it was confirmed by a women that TJ is coming to do the job. But, he never showed, there was no phone call and no one answered the office phone when I called the afternoon. I have had Jeremy's cell phone number which have called 2x, left a voice mail, texted him, NO response ever. I have called July 5th again, left more voice mail and still no response from anybody. Still to this day,12 days later, no one has called nor came to finish the repair. This company scamming people with their initial fee charges, but no work is done. Seems like many other families have had the same experience. This business is unprofessional, I would NOT recommend them to anybody. read more

We had an issue with our oven not heating properly and called Sunrise Repair. Cody was our repair guy and was able fix the issue of the oven. He explained to us how and why the oven wasn't working and got it to work until the new parts came in. We had this company out for a dryer repair as it was not heating up properly. A Tech named Brandon came out and diagnosed a bad heating element and a fuse was bad. These two parts were ordered and replaced. The unit was a 5 yr old LG dryer. When the machine was put back together it got warm at best. after two weeks i called and said the machine wasn't working property. He came back and replaced a fuse. This didn't work. I called back a third time and have been ghosted. This is a horrible repair company. The first response you get seems fast. After that, nothing. I would not recommend this repair company. read more

We have been trying to get a GE Warranty repair for the last 3 months from several different repair companies and couldn't get anyone to actually come out. We scheduled quickly and easily with Sunrise Repair. Peter showed up right on time and did a thorough investigation into the issues with our oven. He discovered that they ignitor wasn't functioning correctly. He put in an order for the part and Sunrise Repair contacted us after it came in to schedule the installation visit. Peter came back out a second time, right on schedule, and quickly and efficiently installed the ignitor. He gave us some tips on how we can more effectively get warranty service in the future. In my opinion, it's best NOT to USE THEM!!! I had to wait until I was less angry to be able to write a coherent review. Sunrise Appliance repair was the only repair shop I could find to do the warranty repair on my LG refrigerator's compressor. I paid them nearly $600 to install the compressor provided by LG. It worked for less than 4 weeks. I called when it quit and left a message on Sunrise's answering device. I did this several days in a row. When I finally reached a live person they said their guarantee was for 30 days and I was too late. I explained that I had been trying to reach them and that I had left several messages before the 30 days would have passed. Her answer was that they get too many calls to check the machine and call back. She said that they would come out and install another compressor but that the charge for that would be the same as last time. I tried to present her lack of logic but she simply laughed and said that was how it was going to be. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she was the boss of this. Also, the repairman pulled on the doors to move the refrigerator and sprung the left door. I left that on the message too. I wish I could leave them a minus-10 rating. read more

They sent out Sunrise Repair, the guy looked at it for less then 5 minutes and said he knew the problem. He ordered a part that took over 2 months to come in, then I had a hard time getting ahold of the company to come back out to do the repair. Once I got ahold of them, the guy came out, did his repair and hit the "run" button on the dish washer, didn't even wait for it to run and said he fixed it. That day I ran the dishwasher and it tripped again, after calling Sunrise repair and not being able to get ahold of them for several days. They told me I needed a new work order from GE because the tech said the issue was fixed..... so going on almost 4 months and still don't have a fixed dishwasher!!! These people are cons and you should stay as far away as you can. They took a $120 to come to my house and promised to have the part by Tuesday. On Wednesday they stopped answering phone calls and never returned voice messages. So when I called them from a different phone and they answered immediately, I was naturally suspicious. I asked the person who answered the phone how long it was going to be until they got the part and she refused to give me an estimate. When I told her that we were told that we were going to have the part within a couple of days she told me that everybody in the supply chain is having problems, which is understandable, but her attitude was impolite and dismissive. I asked her the name of the business and she refused to tell me, she refused to tell me their address, or the names of the owners. She was unwilling to offer any customer support and eventually cussed at me. She told me she was going to cancel the order and that we were out of our money or the part we ordered. read more
