I checked when I got home and found the email did say £35. I called to try to rectify this and I was also told she was too busy to deal with this issue. I wouldn't have had the pedicure had I known the cost would be £59 but despite a number of emails, Donna and Charlene have refused to try to rectify this, instead blaming their booking system. I feel this not only highly misleading but awful customer service. In addition the treatment started 15 minutes late and lasted minutes less than detailed.

The staff are very friendly and down to earth and it honestly feels like going in for a chat and having my hair done is a bonus! Not one of those hairdressers where you feel self concious just walking in, very down to earth yet professional at the same time.
