I'd initially booked a manicure but was unable to have this due to an injury so called up and asked for gel pedicure instead. I received an email confirming the change and clearly stating the new price of £35.
When finished I was charged £59. I thought this was more but thought I'd maybe misread the email. I checked when I got home and found the email did say £35. I called to try to rectify this and I was also told she was too busy to deal with this issue.
I wouldn't have had the pedicure had I known the cost would be £59 but despite a number of emails, Donna and Charlene have refused to try to rectify this, instead blaming their booking system. I feel this not only highly misleading but awful customer service.
In addition the treatment started 15 minutes late and lasted minutes less than detailed. read more
