The experience I had here was awful. Was my first time getting a full set of acrylics, as soon as I walked in the shop I felt immediately out of place and judged. Even though I had an appointment it took around 15 minutes for me to finally get my nails started. In the process the lady doing them was nice however she cut my skin with the tool but failed to do any preventative hygienic methods, leaving a bloody wound open to infection to all sorts of germs. While observing the workers I saw no effort to switch tools or clean them between people. I felt all of the staff were rude here and had a very unwelcoming presence and just tossed you around in the shop from one thing to another without showing any care for your experience there at all. The nails themselves were absolutely awful, uneven around the edges and done in a hectic rush. I would definitely never come back here again and wouldn't recommend anyone to either. £25 I will never get back again. read more
