However, if you want a nice, sunny area to have a picnic on the grass, or read a book on a park bench then this is the place for you. By the way, if you don't want to read a book in the park, check out the tiny library that's there. Very cute. As a visitor to the area, I would have liked to see a sign explaining the tomatoes.

Wear good shoes that support your ankles. Not all the paths are full of roots. Take your time be mindful and be careful. Worth it. It has handicap paths too.

Anyway, the poop bags/bins are well-spaced and parking isn't an issue. The people who come here and whoever maintains this dog park truly care and do a good job at keeping it clean and pleasant for others to enjoy. This is a mulch park, so keep that in mind. I also recommend having some poop bags at the ready because it's nearly impossible to distinguish one "log" from another if you have to walk away to retrieve a bag.
