This place is located on the second floor level of the Hmart. I made the drive here from South Philly. I frequent the Hmart and roam the upstairs and loved the selections of frames they had. Went in, asked for an appointment for an eye exam. My daughter's exam was quick and through. She got two pairs of glasses. Both were very reasonable. This place had tons of selection from Prada to black plastic frames. I have never seen so many trendy frames that I wanted them all. Lol. So pretty. They had very expensive frames, cheap frames, you name it. It was there. So far my daughter is in love with her frames. I can't wait to get my exam and frames from here. It's so worth the drive to have the coolest looking four eyes. I will be making my appointment soon for me. Parking lot has plenty of space. A huge Korean style cafeteria and other shops in the space too. Credit cards are excepted here.

Voa Vision is located inside the H-mart shopping plaza on the 2nd floor, just past the food court. Purchased a trendy pair of plastic black framed glasses and asked if he could install a nose bridge. No problem. The nose bridge was installed professionally so that the glasses sit a little further away from the eyes. Very neat. All in all, we were pleased with the experience at Voa.

On another note with regards to the optical shop I stopped in before my appointment and after and not one time did anyone ask me if I needed assistance as I walked around looking at the glasses. I even signed in and my name was never called. They have a good selection of designer frames but unfortunately, I will not patronize due to the poor customer service. My eye appointment was in the evening so it appeared that the staff was not interested in working as they talked amongst themselves. Hopefully the daytime staff is more helpful.

The parking for the location entrance is all the way around the other side from where you enter. Follow the lot a signs. Check-in was very quick. Service: great! I was seen by some residents who worked together great as a team to provide me with the eyecare service that I needed. They took the time to explain what was going on with my eye, and at the end they called in the doctor to confirm all their findings. Overall i was happy with experience and will be back. When I got my job and an eye exam was involved I knew I had to get new glasses and looked and called everywhere. I live in south jersey. From Walmart, glasses USA, and even online locations everywhere was either over priced, wouldn't work or come on time, seemed shady. I decided to suck it up and remembered this location. I called and luckily they could squeeze me in that day. I made the 50 minute drive and I could not be more happy. The place has so many frames, store is clean and they allow you so much freedom when picking the frame you want. They never seem to mind how long you take and the couple who work there are so pleasant. I have a lazy eye due to being born with a damaged cataract and eye muscle so my visions is terrible in my left eye. Glasses are always such a pain cause I either pay way more or I'm stuck with glasses that don't fit my needs. The eye exam was quick and thorough which I appreciated and the doctor really explains what she's doing and why. Once my eye exam was done I chose my frames, got measured, and was out the door with the promise of my glasses being done the next day and that they'd be ready for pick up. I didn't wanna make the drive again so I had them shipped and the glasses came in two days after my appointment. The price is unbeatable, the quality even better and the workers even more pleasant. I was about to be out anywhere from 3-500 dollars compared to locations in jersey and I walked out paying 175(I have no insurance for my eyes in my health care plan)I am so happy I chose this location, and that even after all these years they're just as good as when I was little.

I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. The eye doctor appeared to have been doing more than just her job, which was fine. She asked me to have a seat in the pre-exam room before we went into the exam room. She casually mentioned that a few staff members were absent, hence why she was doing various things. Completely understandable. She was very kind and polite through the whole visit and listened to my concerns in the exam room. What I didn't agree with were the employees at the front desks loudly discussing the multiple call outs that day, who is reliable, who isn't, who works hard, who slacks off, etc. I've been in customer service before so I can understand the frustration, but this is NOT the conversation you want to be having while there are clients in the store. I was trying to browse some eyeglass styles and this is all I heard in the background. These types of conversations should be kept private or should be discussed when the store is empty. It was a little off putting to witness this. Needless to say, I sat down with a gentleman (possibly a manager) at the desk to order a pair of trial contact lenses. He ordered them and printed my receipt but didn't engage in any sort of conversation with me. He just seemed annoyed by the people who missed work that day. This is my preferred location for eye exams. My hope is that the employees receive feedback about when to keep conversations private, or the team hires more individuals to keep operations running smoothly.

Her examination was very comprehensive, found multiple defects that helped to explain my existing issues, and was also just a delight to be around and talk to. I had already been working with another well-respected vision therapist, and yet she did (and found) more than he did during her visit. (Seriously impressive! She's the real deal.) I drove all the way from Jersey to see her and would recommend anyone in a similar situation to not delay or worry and make the drive. For Philly people, the Rydal station on the West Trenton Line is located across the street form the shopping center. It's a very easy 45 minute ride. Can't recommend more!

Whew. Got my new lenses yesterday and what a relief to see clearly again! My eyes always seem to…read morechange a bit every two years. The Wink team did a fine job with my latest refraction. It was my first time there for an exam and Dr. Patel was patient and took extra time because of my balance issues. The administrative staff brings a lot of experience to the table because processing prescriptions is VERY technical and things have to be just right. Selection of glasses is large and varied depending on your taste. The office is extremely clean and well maintained. Any good relationship between health care providers and the patients means getting to know each other and developing an awareness of individual circumstances. Wink did not make me feel like a number. Yes, there are still practices out there that have not forgotten what it takes to get clients to return. Eye care cannot be rushed and Wink clearly took the necessary time to achieve the desired result and it was appreciated.

The optician was very nice, and took time to explain the procedures she was performing on me. The staff was fantastic, and spent quite a bit of time helping me select frames that I am thrilled with. The frame selection itself is amazing, and had some unique, but completely wearable frames in-stock. While the prices might be slightly more than at Pearle, the frame collection is of much higher quality and style overall.

I brought it back to them 2 weeks after receiving the glasses and the staff member behind the counter agreed that they shouldn't be doing this and that they would order a new frame. This never happened. I reminded him each time I went back, to pick up trial contacts and to pick up my husband's contacts. Finally they said they would order a replacement but there would be a $25 handling fee! They wanted to charge me $25 to replace a faulty product. These were expensive glasses.

They couldve mailed them to me if they didnt have my number. I wont be going back, they talk about their patients when im in the office. And im over it.
