Julie Smith called me back within the hour and fit me in for an appointment the same day. In short, she did an excellent job with my shoulder and I feel 100% better after only one visit. Cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Thanks Julie!

Seeing a massage therapist is a very personal experience. You want to have a therapist who is an…read moreexpert when they talk to you, but especially when they touch you; they need to know many forms within their field. You want someone who is empathetic, compassionate and understanding if you have discomfort. You want to have someone touch you that knows the inner workings of the human body to the point that when they touch you even for a minute they know where your pain truly lies. You want to go to a place that is clean and that makes you feel calm, welcome and at ease. A peaceful place that you could see yourself going back to many times. Lauren is that person. RelaxStation is that place. Always a burst of sunshine, professional and polite. I cannot express enough how much talent Lauren has. She has that touch where she can feel all the muscles and nerves, and not a lot of people have that in this field. She is great to see if you want a relaxing treat but also if you have issues that are pestering your body. Most recently she was a huge help with my sciatica. She is just amazing, because after an hour I had relief, but after three days I started to realize I had NO pain! Ty Lauren so much!!! And I am stretching everyday as you recommended. Awesome help!! I highly recommend a visit, because you will be hooked. And I would give more stars if I could! My husband and I are clients of Lauren's, since 2009.

She was so popular, that her clients booked appointments with her 6 months in advance. If you are looking for anything from a gentle relaxing massage, to deep tissue work you will absolutely love Lauren. By the end, she had worked out so much of my tightness and knots, my shoulders laid completely flat. Wow. I hadn't even realized it was that bad. And the whole thing was so pleasant and relaxing. She is no longer at Duda, but I have happily followed her to her new space in Greenland. Before Elizabeth, I had only ever experienced a few professional massages in my life, often infrequently. Since Elizabeth, I consider massages important and necessary. Her rates are competitive ($75/hour) - better than they were when she was at the Duda ($90/hour) - and I see her as often as I can afford. Every time I see her, I have a great and comfortable experience and leave feeling better than I arrived. I literally walk out able to put my shoulders down. Also- while maybe not the most important thing to point out, I have to comment on how soft her sheets are. They are extraordinarily soft. So soft that once after my massage, I crept around the entire table going through all the edges of the sheets looking for a tag so I could go find sheets like those for my bed at home. Alas, they only make them in massage table sizes. On a more useful note, I have very sensitive skin and am extremely sensitive to smells. Whatever Elizabeth uses, I've never had a reaction.

Stephen is by far the best I've seen! He doesn't just go through a typical routine and call it a day. She always discusses your goals, likes, dislikes, etc prior to EACH cut...she listens, gently suggests new ideas / style variations--but never imposes her way. Her staff is equally well-trained, talented and always friendly yet extremely professional. I personally don't get my hair colored there but I know other clients there that swear by their wonderful, consistent results. Terrible. If you're…read morelooking for a reputable salon that won't talk negatively about you when they think they put you on hold, this is not the place for you. While I was in for my appointment everyone was very friendly and it seemed like a genuinely nice place. Looking back this is probably so I'd spend my money before the rude treatment I received after I stepped out of the door. Not only was my hair what I very specifically said I did NOT want, what I ended up with looked so bad I had to get it redone a few days layers. Another few hundred dollars down the drain. They also refused to cover a second appointment to fix what even the stylist said was "incomplete". I called in reference to my appointment a few days later and was shocked when they put me on hold, and I guess they forgot to press the button, I heard them say rude things about me and how I asked them to fix my hair. I was nothing but nice to them and they did not return an ounce of my kindness. I've never left a negative review like this before but I was shocked at how I was treated here. In my advice, stay far away.
