The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and pleasant. She was able to answer all of my questions immediately, honestly and thoroughly. Very good customer service skills. As soon as I arrived, I was helped. Granted, it was twenty minutes prior to closing at 5 PM on a Saturday, but the staff was extremely professional. The young lady at the window processed my transaction in a timely fashion, and had me on my way. I wanted to personally thank the other employee who spoke to me on the phone. She was in the middle of something, but came out from the back and talked with me for a few minutes. Both girls were very polite and pleasant. It is easy to spot this place from the road. Route 110 is a very busy thoroughfare, but it is in a convenient location. The architecture is not very aesthetically pleasing, but that's not why you frequent a check cashing facility! There are a few parking spaces out front as well as a decent sized lot in the back. There are signs that instruct customers not to park in the neighboring lots, or their cars will be towed. Parking is ample. A very pleasant experience overall, with friendly employees who provide excellent customer service. Five stars!

It took under 10 minutes for me to get in and out of there. The lady was very fast and direct about what to do. HOWEVER ! She was still very unprofessional. She was being "picked-up" by a customer and laughing about it and she was also conversing with him throughout this whole transaction. The building itself wasn't too clean, but it was the end of the day, so that could excused. This is my Go-To place for WU pick-ups.
