Old Country Rd, in Hicksville; I've felt happy enough to stay loyal for 25 years and it hasn't been the same branch manager the whole time. In the past decade in particular it has only gotten better with a real commitment to improvement in efficiency and customer experience. Banks are still banks, with all kinds of complex procedures, so it's all about the personnel and what kind of human interface they can provide. I'm amazed at the care they must put into the hiring or interview process to get such competent, caring people. There's not a lot of turnover, but when it does happen, each time they find a new star. Though it's not the biggest of banks, and doesn't meet every last one of my needs, they deliver a 110% effort and warmth every day.

It can be very long and they often seem short staffed, at least with tellers. However the tellers are great and thorough and creat a great environment for any customer. The staff and service at this location is excellent. They are very organized and familiar with all types of transactions. At other banks it takes forever to find someone who knows how to handle an uncommon transaction. The drive-thru and ATM lines are long due to the branch being open only to essential by appointment visits. The drive-thru ATM has been out of cash for weeks now. Visiting the bank branch is manageable now. They have several security guards outside helping to facilitate the traffic flow and to take non-cash transactions from you to avoid waiting in line. I had to have an in person appointment and the banker was very efficient and fast. She had my transaction completed fast and correctly. She was very knowledgeable and was familiar with the forms which had to be filled out. She also opened an additional account for my business quickly. She was familiar with all the paperwork needed and made the process seamless.
