He ended up encouraging us to join PayHOA, an organization that helps groups like ours take care of their finances much more easily. Tom was there every step of the way to help me learn exactly how to use the system and I am now basically flying solo, it's so easy. He has been a big help, always seems to be available when I have a question, and is a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him if you need accounting help!

I never felt like they were trying to get one over on me like other insurance brokers. Amy P is a rockstar, sharp shooter and guided us in every part of the process. We were getting ripped off on our homeowners insurance that just continued creeping up and creeping up. With State Farm we were able to save $2000 on homeowners and combined with our auto saving another $400. They made the process simple and straightforward! THANK YOU!

A few weeks ago, I had my oldest daughter's wedding at the Bay Shore Knight's Hall…read more I can honestly say it was the best event my family has ever had! Sal and his team could not have been better to work with and more accommodating. The hall had just been updated with beautiful crown molding on the walls, new paint and new china brought in. It was far beyond what I was expecting for a Knight Hall when I first visited. The food was great!!! Sal used his many years in the catering and living-in-the-area knowledge to bring in the best food. For example, One guest told me my daughter's wedding cake was the best cake she ever had! I made a few requests to Sal-- ready for the normal, every-day "pushback" which is the norm today. He accommodated everything! He even called me 2 weeks before the wedding to ask what the alcohol of choice would be for my guests to make sure it was covered and they had a good time. I was a little stunned. A large portion of the groom's guests came from Arizona and there was a favorite Scottish Ale of theirs that could not be shipped to New York because of regulations. He searched and found a NY beer that was exact match that the guests loved! Finally, the KofC hall was the best value I found; it was a fraction of what the other Long Island-wedding-oligarchy venues would charge. It allowed my daughter to have a financial start to life with her new husband. I even thanked Sal in my father-of-the-bridge toast, unusual right?) saying, "He made it possible for two recently graduated college student not only to have a Long Island wedding, but a beautiful one."

Also the 600+ google reviews that they ask you to post the day after you sign a policy with them…read moreare not accurate as these people have been customers for all of 24hrs This office is an absolute mess. Please save yourself the hassel, frustrastion and headaches and take your business elsewhere for any of your insurance needs. I kept getting notices to the point where it was becoming monthly that my rates were increasing without any explanation. I called and submitted documets showing my defensive driving, I signed some form to exclude sopusal liability insurance and had my rates decrease slightly, only to receive another notice a month later that my rates again were increasing. I then received an addt'l notice that my policy would be renewing as of August 2024 and was drastically increasing again! I called the office for an explanation as to why (I have no accidents, points etc on my record) The staff member that answered was very friendly but her answer to me that "These are the new rates so they are increasing, sorry" was a bit unacceptable. I had to be transferred to the office manager Nicolette for a proper explanation. The next day I called the office and cancelled my policy as I obtained significantly cheaper rates from Geico. I spoke directly with the office manager and cancelled. I even was on the phone with her to confirm that she received via email my new insurance cards to confirm I obtained a new policy before cancelling. This was on August 1st, 2024 and my policy was not to be renwed until August 15th so I was actually to be prorated. On August 15th I was billed on my credit card 267 dollars for a policy renewal....The same policy that I cancelled 2 weeks prior with the OFFICE MANAGER. I called the office and spoke with the secretary again as she confirmed my "active" policy that again was cancelled. I was transferred to the office manager again and was informed that they neglected to cancel my auto billing and that the underwriters were made aware and a reverse transaction was put in place to be done as soon as possible. After 5 days of not receiving a refund on my card I had to yet again call back and question why I havent received the creidt on my credit card. I was told now a check will be mailed to my home in the next 5-7 business days. I finally received my check on September 3rd. I am now dealing with receiving messages that I have an outstanding bill of $3.74 and I am currently waiting for the office manager to yet again call me back to rectify this issue. Again, please do yourself a favor and save the hassel and headaches with this office and take your business elsewhere.
