She was very nice, taxes were done and we got a $400 bill. We were told Brian "did not have authorization to give those discounts" and she would "do her best" with the price. I guess the manager threw us a $100 bone, ended up paying $300. Twice as much as last year for the same service. This business has taken their own loss prevention issue and sticking the customers with the bill. We won't be back, my family also won't be back.
