Every possible ingredient, tool, pan, piece of equipment, and baking mix you could imagine is here, beautifully displayed and easy to browse. The space is bright, immaculate, and extremely well organized, with helpful staff ready to answer questions or point you toward something new. There's also a demonstration kitchen and a café, which adds even more to the experience. While their website is fantastic (and what we've relied on for years), the in‑person store is absolutely worth the trip. Whether you're an avid baker or looking for the perfect gift for someone who is, this is a destination worth driving for. This is a typical Middlebury College hangout place. The baristas are typically student workers, and they are some of the friendly faces that you may expect to see on campus. The roster of students working here also always changes as each class graduates or goes abroad every year. As a meeting space, this place is pretty ideal.
