Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Shop after trusted shop, car enthusiasts after car enthusiast friend I knew, all pointed to this end of the rainbow. Not only did they fix the rim (any shop can do that) they rechromed it so that you couldn't tell where they had fixed it. Seriously, the rim looks brand NEW. And, ladies and gentlemen, the price...oohhhhh wee, the price is what will keep me coming back for more. One hint. If you're gonna take them a rim, make sure you take the tire off. They don't have a machine to so that and the people around them will gouge you to take the tire off. One guy wanted twenty bucks to take off a wheel!

Now it has a bad ding on the barrel and I don't know if that's even repairable! The repair work on the lip is not straight and looks bad. I hate to do this…read more Been coming here since I was a kid. Recently, I came in to get two used tires. Can't afford new ones so this was a good short term solution. When I got home, I noticed one of the used tire had a huge plug. Went back and they replaced it. The next morning, the second used tire was already flat. Had to go back again and they had to patch it up. I get it, they are used, but why sell bad used tires? After 20 years, I am seriously disappointed. I don't think I could trust this place anymore.

I took time out of my day to bring my car in, only to be told they were too busy and couldn't work on it until next week. If they already knew they were fully booked, why wasn't I told that when I made the appointment? A simple phone call or text would have saved me a wasted trip. My time is just as valuable as theirs. My car is older (1996) and they took good care of the car and had great service. The labor cost to replace the part was $420 and the part cost was separate (since I brought in my own compressor). No warranty on the part, since I brought it in myself, which is totally understandable. I'll definitely bring my car here again in the future if I need anything done. Remember to always ask if bringing in your own parts is okay, because not all shops will allow it and not all shops will warranty the part/labor either. You must respect what the shop says/does.

I had been looking to fix the TPMS on my 2012 Toyota Rav4 for over a year and had been turned off by the estimates I received from the Toyota dealership and Pepboys, my two go-to options for the maintenance and repair needs for my two old cars (I also have a 2008 Toyota Yaris). I felt the price quoted to me was not worth the value of having working TPMS sensors, so I was just resigned to having the TPMS lights turned on for as long as I had the vehicle (which I intend to keep for life). For some reason, I thought I'd give it one last try and I found GTS on Yelp. They were very responsive when I first asked for an estimate and it was much, much lower than what Toyota and Pepboys quoted. So I went ahead with the service, and when they found out that one of the sensors was still working, they told me it didn't need to be replaced and thus brought down the cost even more. They worked on it very quickly so I was able to just wait in their very comfortable and air-conditioned lounge until they were done. I was extremely happy with my overall experience! I believe they also do other auto repair and maintenance work so I will try those out in the future. If the service they provide on those is the same level as what I got on my TPMS repair, then they will have my business on my two old cars for life!
