Customer service reps are nice. I pay 35 dollars for insurance every 2 weeks.my rim cracked not fixable and not covered under the insurance. The installer does a great job. Just be careful on the insurance you pay always a problem. I had to pay 200 for a new rim. Very frustrating. read more

He also worked on our down payment.Kept us updated the whole time which in my opinion really counts your not just sitting there clueless waiting for answers Waiting period overall was an hour and 30 not bad at all clean and neat read more

Overall it's a good experience. Was helped out by Danny when I got to the store. He called a few places to see if they had the wheels I was looking for. They didn't but he had a few alternatives for me to choose from. The shop doesn't really have too much in store in the style I was looking for, 5 spoke and concave. Ended up getting used wheels Mach ME5 in silver. I'm happy with my purchase. They're affordable and they look nice. Update: so I came back today (next day) because I wasn't 100% happy with the wheels I got. Now I can say I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Got some 20s and new tires. Love the way my car looks now, thanks guys ! read more

Updated review - I received a call from Daniel in regards to this matter. I do appreciate that he took the time to listen to me and coming up with a solution. As customers, sometimes all we need is a bit of understanding. That's all. I was extremely happy that Daniel gave me the time I needed to completely pay off the wheels. It took a huge load off my shoulders and for that I am grateful. I also expressed to him that I felt bad for the way I spoke to his employees - I do apologize for that I know that in the future I will be back for anything that my Jeep may need. Don't let my experience scare you off but instead acknowledge that this company does care about their customers. read more

I was very on edge before coming to this location to purchase wheels/tires, specially after reading some of these reviews. However, I decided to give them a try and see what they could offer. My husband and I were assisted by the store manager Daniel and he was extremely helpful and patient. Pricing and contracts are very straight forward so I'm unsure why so many reviews say they've dealt with false pricing. Nacho the wheel installer and Daniel even stayed after hours to make sure everything was installed properly. Without any hesitation, I would recommend them to friends and family. Husband is extremely HAPPY! read more

I live in La Puente and i was recommended to this facility. I was told that Daniel was the person to go to. As a woman I have little to no knowledge when it comes to my vehicle. I was in the need for new tires. He got me exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. We spoke on the phone before my arrival. He had different opinions lined up for me as soon as I got there. Service was quick and easy. Will definitely recommend this place. read more

worst customer service ive ever experienced . i go in and place a deposit for some wheels and they tell me theyll be there in TWO days . I call the following day to confirm that they'll be there . They say yes and so I call off so that I can take my car. The morning they said the wheels would be there I called and they told me that it would take up to two more days because they accidentally sold them the day I "placed the order" . They just gave me a run around and made me lose one day of work . Do not come here unless you want to be disappointed. read more

Great group of guys, Daniel the manger was real helpful and the tire guy was funny and had my car done in less than 30min. Real cool group of individuals. The only thing that kinda bugged me was one of the guys behind the counter never had his mask on, on the other hand every other employee did. Great place to get nice wheels! read more

Never bought rims and I must say the process was simple and every question was explained. I have a 2017 civic black and I hated the factory rims it came with, I walked it just to check what my car may look like with black rims with out the idea that I may buy some. Once I saw the mat black rims, I fell in love and I had to have them. Thank you to every one who help me, I don't remember any ones name, but I truly appreciate what you've guys done for me. read more
