I heard her explaining about the surgery for about 15 mins which is unrelated to my visit goal-cleaning, all about the importance of the surgery. Which is good, thanks for caring. I knew it before I came that one of my teeth need to be fixed. Finally I look at my watch, then had to stop the sale and back to the point, I said: thank you doctor, but I'm here today do the cleaning, I asked time off and my time is tight. I'll think about the surgery later on. And then she changed her attitude strongly from her face obviously, and started to perform shes doing the cleaning, thing is, I can feel it, she didn't even clean my deeper teeth, just did 10mins front teeth a little bit, didn't even go to the back teeth! It didn't even finish all the teeth, she left, never came back. I asked the assistant I said I don't feel my back big teeth got cleaned, I can still feel the dental calculus, she answered yes they all got cleaned, but I didn't even remember my back teeth have been touched! Cause I'm sensitive to the pain. All in all, I just want to say, because I refused the sale, she didn't even finish her work that I purchased for...
