Although the drive is a bit of a way, I had to try the newest boba shop in St. Louis. Service was quick and they weren't very busy around 3pm. Music is playing inside the store pretty loud though. The drinks are very large compare to what I am used to and the price were reasonable ($8 each drink). The barista reminded me to shake my drink before enjoy. The brown sugar boba was crème pudding was soooo delicious. The cream pudding has a coconut flavor and I love it so much!!! The Oreo brûlée boba is packed with Oreo chunks and was great too! It was quite a drive even though I live in the Saint Charles county area. Was it worth the 20-25 minute drive? Watermelon is my favorite fruit and after I found out they use "real" "fresh" watermelons (not the artificial fake tasting BS they put in other places that taste nothing like watermelons...), I just had to give it a try. "Watermelon cooler" is a must! It definitely cooled me down on this freakin' hot summer day; refreshing! Get it 100% sweetness (recommended by Sunright Tea). I don't like too much sweetness, so I didn't take their recommendation and ordered mine with 75% sweetness. After taking the first sip, I liked it, but definitely wanted it sweeter! Dang it! I would've got 2 teas if I didn't have a bridesmaid alteration appointment. Need to go back to try out their other flavors!~~~ Cute space with simple decor! ***When I walked in, I got a bit distracted by the space that I completely missed the ordering kiosk machines to the left. The worker gave me a stare and just pointed to the kiosks! [Thanks dude!] Do not order from the workers.... You order everything at the machine! So... back to the question... was it worth the drive? I'll be a bit more realistic and say YES and NO! Yes- if this is the closest "LEGIT" Tea spot for you or if you love fresh fruits! Loved our visit to Sunright! We were really excited to see another chain boba place close to STL. We were not disappointed! All our drinks were really good and there was a great variety to choose from. We got our drinks quickly. There was ample seating in the shop. They also had games to play. Parking lot is huge. Sunright is the best boba shop I have found in St. Charles County. I drive from St. Peters to O'Fallon a few times a week. (Hi, my name is Kathy and I have boba problem--and I don't want to recover.) My go to order is either the Hokkaido Milk read with brown sugar boba, or the Peach Jasmine Tea with honey boba. The staff are always so friendly,kind and helpful,I am really grateful for their service. I really appreciate the consistency of the teas I receive. I know it is going to taste the same each time I get it. And the taste is always fresh, flavorful and delicious. Keep up the amazing job, Sunright! So exciting this Cali staple (for me, anyway) is in the STL area! I got the Hokkaido milk tea, I love the butterscotch flavor. I didn't get boba this time, but just from going to the Pasadena location I know it's great. It was quiet when I went on a Sunday afternoon and the worker was friendly. My first time having Sunright Tea was in Temple City, California. So, it's cool to see it so close to St. Louis! It's still a bit of a drive from the city but was fun to get out there once in a while. The workers were nice and helpful when we had questions about some of the drinks from the order kiosks. And the shop was overall quiet for a Wednesday afternoon. There was a special going on to get a free kids-size Oreo bubble tea when you bought a certain milk tea. Found out that there was a Sunright on the way from St. Louis to Kansas City. Being from SoCal, it was nice to have a taste of home. As expected, everything from the drink menu to the flavors were that as you would expect from any Sunright. They do a very good job of staying consistent when franchising. I went during the soft opening and they were promoting their grand opening so if you're reading this before 8/4/23 make sure to attend their two day grand opening for BOGO drinks and lots of giveaways. As usual, inside, they have touch screen kiosks to order from and a cashier if you need help or if you want to order with cash. If you don't have a lot of time to wait, online ordering is always reliable. Don't forget to join their rewards program. I like it because each time you purchase you get points that are exchanged for a discount on future purchases. They have plenty of seating and a few games to choose from that add to the traditional boba shop vibe. read more

My only complaint is that this Sunright Tea is 30 minutes from me! But I have already gone back multiple times. I couldn't believe that this popular California-based franchise is now in Missouri, so I had to check it out for myself. Sure enough, they had the same oreo creme brulee drink that I am obsessed with. The 30 minute trek suddenly felt like nothing compared to a 4 hour flight back to California. Their boba tastes almost identical to their Cali counterpart stores! If you wanted to see what real boba tastes like, head over to Sunright. Absolutely a must try! YES. FINALLY. Cali boba comes to Missouri. I'm so happy. The STL area does already have some boba shops and 2 of them are relatively decent, but to me it's just not as good as what's in Cali. (I'm just talking about milk tea & the quality of boba pearls. I think some STL shops have really good fruit teas, but I'm a milk tea fiend.) I got the Panda milk tea, which as far as I can tell is like their signature Sunright boba milk tea, just with both brown sugar & honey boba. I love honey boba but no stores in STL have that. The boba pearls at Sunright are so good - perfectly chewy, sweet, & soft, with nice flavor too. The milk tea is delicious! It's like exactly what I'm looking for when I want milk tea. I'm not sure how else to explain it - it's creamy but it's not just too milky. The tea flavor could maybe be a bit stronger, but I think it's pretty good still. The cashier was really helpful & friendly! I should've asked for her name - she was east Asian, had glasses, goes to West High School. She helped us get the correct toppings on our drinks when the kiosk wasn't displaying all their options, and helped me decide on the sweetness! The interior is nice & bright with lots of room. It wasn't busy at all either, at around 2 PM on a Saturday. Tip: I'd recommend 75% or less for sweetness, at least on their milk teas. My boyfriend got the Thai milk tea at 100% and it was too sweet for both him & myself (and he typically goes 100%). I got mine at 75% and I thought that was pretty good, maybe leaning on the sweet side. I could've definitely gone down to 50% though. Seriously, RUN to this place. It's the best boba in the STL(ish) area. It's for sure worth the drive if you're in STL county, and honestly I'd do it even if I was in STL city too. read more

Ordered the red bean drink. Was given a drink with WHOLE COOKED BEANS, instead of red bean paste. Asked about it, as I assumed it had to have been a mistake. NOPE. Apparently they believe the whole beans to be totally normal. I cannot think of a single culture on earth, that uses whole beans in their drinks.
