Not able to endure it anymore, I heading for a phone number that I have heard high recommendations; Pro Grace. I called and they were able to squeeze me and my pain within the hour, AMAZING! I hauled my tooth and all its high maintenance to PG only to find a very calming waiting area, with plasma TV and another smaller one for the tots and an extremely friendly receptionist. May I add that she did not mind that I had called 4 times prior to find the location which is actually very easy since it is just off the Crowchild Trail. I didn't wait long and I was taken in to get X-rays taken and they were then displayed for me on a high-tech screen in front of me. Doctor Ming is a very kind and humble dentist who basically told me that I had fractured my tooth. She gave me the pros and cons of the options that I could choose and reassured me of the best procedure. I won't go into the details of how much this would set me back, it is pretty high, all I could think about was what the hell did I bite into to fracture a tooth...cement? A hard tortilla shell? It absolutely boggles my mind. I was able to take my x-rays to get a second opinion but she did give me a prescription to relieve the annoying pain. All in all a very fast and thorough dental consultation with an extremely friendly and informative staff and specialist.

(they would be booking after new years.) In the meantime, a long time patient of Westpointe suggested that I call. Within minutes I had a call back; they assessed the situation and offered to meet me at the office in approximately 30 minutes (it was the evening, and i'm willing to bet that i screwed up boxing day dinner pretty darned well). A Dentist and a Nurse met me exactly when they said they would. They took X-rays, were super kind and gentle, called in a prescription, booked me an appointment after the medication had time to take effect, gave me an antibacterial rinse and an new toothbrush, and then told me not to worry about the bill, that i'd hear from them after new years. I worried my self sick over that period trying to estimate if i had to sell one of my kids, or maybe the whole house. when i went for my next appointment i could not have been more shocked. The bill was approximately $150. shocked. You can pick your fave or have a few at your disposal as they work as a team here. The variety of services they offer make this a one stop shop for the majority of your Dental needs - from wisdom teeth extractions with sedation to root canals to dental emergencies - they're here for you. They are also phenomenal at handling patients with a fear of dentists. Considering my own father who refused to see the dentist for the past 30 years has now agreed to see Dr. Parajuli regularly - you can't go wrong. In the Alberta where dental fees are not regulated and we pay the highest dental fee in the country, all I ask is that we get treated right at the appointment and not be a waste of my time. The appointments were on-time and I felt like my business was valued there. Also, booking the appointment, they try to fit you in within a reasonable time frame. From my two visits here, I am quite impressed with the this dental clinic. I hope they do not change the way they service their clients. I will be doing an update review in the future.
