AAYS contacted me to see if I wanted them to sell it. After awhile I agreed. Signed the contract and my vessel sat in my marina (2 hrs away) for 6 months. On numerous occasions I was told the boat would be picked up only to have them say a couple days later that they never said it was being picked up. When I finally reached the owner, I was told my boat would never sell for the price that they originally told me they would sell it for. A second contract was signed with me having to take less and them receiving the same. The day the boat was finally picked up, the transport guy who works for them, tried to hit me up for a $350 transport fee. When i told him leave the boat where it is, he decided to waive the fee. I was told by AAYS that a transportation fee was not asked for. Long story short, beware. Liars and scammers. I'm sure they will reply with some lame comment but when the person who bought the boat calls me and says they wish they never bought from this company, there must be a problem.

Anyone who owns a boat will understand: our boat would NOT start. Our "vacation" was in serious jeopardy. While I was bust trying to get it started, my wife called several places. ("Sorry..." "Booked solid...") No Joy... Finally, she called Tampa Boat Repair. It turned out that they were located about 5-minutes from where we were staying. However, It was the day before Thanksgiving, and it was about 3PM... Ronnie was finishing a job in north Tampa, but he agreed to meet me on his way home... Did I mention that they are a mobile service...? He met me at our boat, performed several diagnostic tests, pulled the front of the engine cover, and found a fouled carb. 10-minutes later, we were back in business...! I eagerly paid his (modest) fee with a generous tip. I wish i could offer more than just a five-star rating for Ronnie's responsiveness and accommodation. In short, he saved our vacation. Thanks, Ronnie...!
